One week passed.
Christian could confidently say that the past week had been filled with happenings.
While the first thing on his mind at the mont was, of course, his relationship with Eva.
In truth, nothing significantly progressive could be said to have happened between them. But perhaps he could say he had taken a step forward?
Although they had only exchanged a few ssages over the phone, the more important thing was that he had actually t her once. This eting wasn't like the last one, which had been purely coincidental. It happened while they were chatting, though, to be fair, they didn't chat much since it seed like neither of them was particularly fond of using phones or social dia for communication.
But due to their shared disinterest in phone communication, they actually ended up eting in person. Or so, Christian thought. Read latest chapters at m_v-l'e|-
He had just casually suggested that they could et up and grab a al or sothing after all, but to his surprise, she imdiately agreed. It had been a simple suggestion on his part, yet her quick acceptance made it feel like a more significant progress than he had originally expected.
While their eting also couldn't be considered anything grand, as it was really just a al at a prestigious restaurant, but this small yet deliberate encounter felt like a aningful step forward. The most significant developnt, however, was that he sensed her previously vague attitude had beco much clearer.
Of course, it was just an intuitive feeling, and nothing is certain, but even so, it was better than nothing.
Through this date, if it could even be considered one, Christian had confird that he truly should have a chance with her. He felt he was on the right path, and that was the most important thing.
In this context, Christian seriously considered whether he should confide in his sister this ti. Of course, he didn't intend to lie and claim he had a girlfriend or anything of the sort; he would simply ask for her opinion and see if she had any advice for him. After all, he felt this was an important mont for his relationship with Eva.
In the end, he decided to wait a little longer and see how things unfolded. If he felt that there were really no real problems and that he truly had a chance with Eva, he would eventually tell her.
Then, moving on from his thoughts of Eva to his now busy older sister, Christian initially thought that she still hadn't found anything to occupy her ti. However, he was proved wrong, as soon as he finished school (his exams, to be specific) she seed to dive into various activities. Whether those activities were fruitful was another story, of course.
His sister had started to work out a little at ho for so ti now, but it was nothing too grand, just watching a few videos online and exercising whenever she had so free ti. This ti, however, she actually went to a place to practice yoga, in addition to her small workouts at ho.
Then she even subscribed to an online cooking class, with the reason that since he had started eating a lot lately, she wanted to improve her skills in the kitchen and make better als. As not only could she learn to cook more delicious dishes, but she could also research ways to prepare healthier options for him then.
However, with his system, he had long since discovered that he didn't really need to worry about the healthy side.
Actually, up to this point, there were no problems, but the next thing she did was sothing he didn't quite understand: she decided to study law, and the first thing she did was buy nurous physical books, which he thought were practically obsolete in today's digital age.
If she had started studying law because she was considering continuing her education and going to university, Christian wouldn't have minded at all. However, the reason behind her new-found interest was that after discovering his trading activities were generating a significant amount of money, she felt he would need assistance with various tax and legal procedures.
Going forward, these procedures would likely beco even more complex, and they didn't want to risk being cheated by soone or ending up in an unfavorable situation just because they were uninford.
Christian, of course, wasn't entirely convinced by her reasoning. For now, they could simply consult with specialists in the field, like a lawyer or soone else. And if things ever beca too complicated, he could always just assign one of his Idle Practicing slots to studying law and be done with it, after all.
After what his sister said, Christian even considered whether he should stop waiting and start studying law right away. However, for various reasons, like not having enough ti to dedicate to it, and not wanting to take over sothing his sister had already begun, he ultimately decided against it. After all, he couldn't easily find sothing else for her to do for the ti being.
With all these things combined, and seeing how everything his sister was currently doing seed to revolve around him, Christian felt uncomfortable. He wanted her to have more freedom to pursue her own interests, rather than becoming like his personal assistant in this way. It wasn't what he wanted for her, nor did he like the idea of her feeling tied down by his affairs.
Christian wanted to repay his sister more properly but didn't know what he could actually do. As of now, aside from her workouts, like yoga and other exercises she did inside the house as a hobby, she wasn't pursuing anything else for herself, after all.
Ultimately, Christian decided to leave this subject for the future, as his hands were already full with the creation of the AI. Which over the past week, while it had seen so progress, the AI was still far from complete and would take more ti to finish.
As for his ti with Eva? Christian considered it as so break ti, which, even then, wasn't taking that much ti, as he had only t her once for a short while and spent very little ti chatting on the phone.
Aside from these matters, there were his high school results, which had already co out. He received a score of B, which was quite good considering he hadn't studied much and was barely above average in his previous assessnts. Overall, he was quite satisfied with the outco.
But his sister was more than just satisfied; she was overjoyed, her smile and happiness lighting up the room when the results ca out. The hugs he received that day were countless, and had he not insisted they could celebrate again after graduation, he would have likely spent the day doing nothing, which he deed unacceptable, especially with the challenges that lay ahead.
Even then, he still spent so ti with his sister,as he had worked hard—studying his high school subjects through his Idle System for this very reason, to create monts like this for her.
It was also impossible for him not to feel happy; he was genuinely quite content with the result. It's just that he believed taking a whole day to do nothing was no longer appropriate.
Then cos the final achievent from the previous days: obtaining his driving license, which, thankfully, went smoothly.
Having finished recalling all the events from the past week, Christian opened his Idle Practicing slots, knowing that the important mont had finally arrived.

Looking at his current slots and considering the length of ti he had allowed them to accumulate, actually the longest he had ever waited, Christian while filled with hope, was actually also a little nervous. He couldn't be sure if he would receive a fourth slot when he leveled up this ti, after all.
So, he had let his system accumulate this much, even though less than half would have been enough to nudge him to the next level, solely for the reason of obtaining that elusive fourth slot. Which, while he knew it was probably unrelated, he still hoped it could make a difference.
So, now taking a couple of monts to calm himself down, he finally willed his system to absorb all three accumulated slots.

After taking a mont to digest the accumulated gains, Christian finally opened his eyes and looked at the system ssages.
Seeing that he had actually gained another Idle slot, Christian first sighed in relief and then smiled. He couldn't be happier; with four Idle Practicing slots, it ant all his plans could be accelerated, and his developnt would beco faster from here on out.
