The Apocalypse of Ti Dinsion was a vast location filled with the dangerous Chronos Storms, but it didn't pose any dangers as long as one knew their way and had sufficient strength to traverse it.
Under the aid of the Universal Rank Unit Morrin, Noah and Love had a smooth pathway across the dangerous space that was filled with seas of Chronos storms as in a few hours, they arrived where they needed to be!
Atop Morrin, Noah glanced at a barely visible portal at the very center of a small Chronos Storm, there being no obstacles aside from this as Noah thought about what he knew about this portion of the legacy from the mories of the Great Usurper.
After he obtained the initial legacy, all those set up thereafter were mainly based on his own power as the obstacles, where if he reached a sufficient level of strength…he could obtain them with relative ease. This particular portion of the Legacy would have required him to achieve above average strength as a Universal Hegemony before he obtained it, but the power of Morrin was far above this as a Rift Boss as Noah would be able to grab it now!
"The Legacy Site will only accept the legacy holder so I'll be back in a bit…" He spoke slowly as his body lifted off Morrin, Love looking towards him with questioning surprise as he spoke up once more.
"Just stay with Morrin, he should keep you safe if anything occurs." With such words and without looking back, Noah flew into the small Chronos Storm that hid a small portal as his Universal Essence wrapped around him protectively, his figure disappearing soon after as he left behind a frustrated Love.

A flash of spatial light later, and Noah opened his eyes to find himself in a unique Realm that was a blank whiteness, this whiteness gradually fading as it was gradually replaced with a crimson bloody color that ford into the shape of a domineering looking figure!
With a humanoid appearance and clad in a bloody robe, his eyes were sharp as his sharp jaws were still discernible even with a thick unkempt beard- but his eyes released such an unyielding aura and power that one could not help but focus on them.
Deeply black just like his hair, the eyes that felt like they connected to the Abyss ca to land on Noah as a residual minuscule portion of a soul that should have been the Great Usurper spoke out.
"For you to be here so quickly after you accepted my Legacy at the Nebula Rank…is sheer impossibility."
THRUM!
The surroundings shook as Noah's eyes beca sharp, not expecting that even though this being was dead, whatever residual consciousnesses it held still communicated with each other even across Dinsions! But his heart was quelled soon after as the booming voice continued.
"Impossibility is sothing I like, as what I did was considered impossible. If you can do sothing like this…the chance of you surpassing what I was able to do is certainly high."
The crimson robe of the unyielding figure bellowed as it began to shine with crimson light, his voice continuing to emulate out as he turned into a streak of light that shot towards Noah Origin and Soul!
"This part of the Legacy will allow you to inherit abilities that will allow you to easily conquer other Dinsions when you begin your journey. When you overco the ordeal of traversing into entirely different Dinsional Realities, these abilities will make it even easier for you to anchor yourself into these dinsions before you descend."

The figure of the Great Usurper turned entirely into light as it sunk into Noah's soul, mories flooding into him that consisted of new skills…and also an even deeper breadth of knowledge about Dinsions!
For the scope of understanding, Noah was moving within the three Planes of the Chaotic Universe that was part of a Cosmos that held dozens of similar Universes. Apart from this Cosmos…there were a myriad of unknown and unexplored Cosmos similar to the one he was in, these Cosmos being stretched out in a single Dinsional Reality.
A single Dinsional Reality held an unknown number of Cosmos as the Great Usurper had forged abilities not to just move within the small Planes of this current Dinsional Reality, but he could even traverse into other Dinsional Realities. Parallel Realities similar to theirs and yet different!
This was the deeper breadth of knowledge that Noah was receiving along with yet another set of skills he could use apart from the initial ones like [Dinsional Travel], these ones allowing Noah to exert more of his influence across the Dinsions that he had to fulfill certain conditions of before he could descend on them.

The voice echoed out in Noah's mind and he saw the words before his eyes as he breathed in deeply, the voice of the Great Usurper ringing out for the last ti.
"The other portions of the Legacy await, with the treasures I left behind being enough for you to even beco an average Antiquity. After that…you will have to start on the sa path I began on, the path of Conquest that all those who wish for greater power have to traverse…"

With such words, the remaining portion of the soul faded as Noah found himself being pushed out of the small Plane, his figure containing a light smile as he looked at the details of the new skills that seed more like offensive debuff abilities.

Malignant Madness allows your ntal pressure to coil your enemies, reducing the strength of their Souls by half and granting the status effects of Fearful, Enfeeble, Maddened, Weakened, Impotent, Demoralized, Petrified, Debilitated, Wasting, Webbed, and Overwheld.
:: An ability capable of crossing the veils across Dinsions with the aid of imnse mana or other sources of essence. Once one remains in the presence of the aura of the Great Usurper without protecting themselves from it invading their Origins, a Malediction blooms within their souls as it will eventually devour them and cause the ergence of the Followers of the Usurper. Heretical Malediction causes a tamorphosis of the body and soul that is unchangeable once it has taken place. The ti of initial change is around 14 Cosmic Days. The more Followers of the Usurper, the greater the chance of successfully descending onto restricted Dinsions.
