It was the few powerful beings within the Keepers of Order and Fate and the Devoted Rulers!
They felt like sothing was wrong...but they didn't know what!
Within their pristine Realms and abodes they enjoyed, they could only stare out thoughtfully as they wondered what was wrong, but they would never co to find out what it was until it was too late.
They understood their own power as they believed that even against a powerful enemy, they could stand their ground against them and even triumph, or at least be able to call for aid on the chance that they couldn't.
So nobody anticipated the fact that an overwhelming force of power would move against all of the Dinsional Rulers of the faction at once as they defeated it within a few minutes!
Nobody expected the faction of the Primal Dinsional rulers that had stood strong for thousands of years, having cycles of Rulers that were Disciples descending from the Empyrean Plane for their trials, and many natives that had ascended into the sa plane after they achieved enough power at the STAR Rank.
Such was the significance of the faction that had fallen.
In the vast cluster of stars and Realms that were under the Primal Dinsional Rulers, there were grand movents occurring as a myriad of WORLD Rank experts were summoned by the powerful Rulers above them.
They did not tarry or delay as they rushed towards the central Realm that the powerhouses of the Primal Dinsional Rulers would et.
"Do you know the reason for this abrupt eting?"
A vivacious woman clad in loose clothes asked a Ruler beside her, a young expert that glanced at her in the corner of his eyes as he also stepped into the golden hall where many beings with the sa identities as them entered.
"No clue. Everyone's been tense about so unknown enemy that only those proficient in fate and chaos can discern...I think it's all just a ruse to keep the lower ranked Rulers in order!"

The WORLD Rank Dinsional Ruler spoke under his breath as the woman rolled her eyes, but they held a sharp light within as she nodded.
They stepped into the grand hall as the auras of over 20 World Rank experts could be felt, all of their eyes looking towards the line up of 9 STAR Rank Dinsional Rulers that stood with sagely deanors in the center of the hall.
When the last two World Rank Rulers stepped into the hall, a brilliant light shield rose up and covered the grand hall they were in, nothing seeming out of the ordinary as such a shield was normally put in place when important talks were taking place.
What was out of place was that a second later...spatial fluctuations erupted in front of the STAR Rank Rulers as a being appeared calmly out of nowhere!

His appearance caused the essence within the bodies of all the WORLD Rank Rulers to bubble forth with caution, but they saw that their more powerful predecessors didn't react negatively to the appearance of this being.
They actually watched on in shock as Dinsional Ruler Chamberlayne and the other 8 Rulers that Noah had just Subjugated...actually looked reverential towards Noah as they dropped to their knees and kneeled down reverentially towards him!

The most powerful Rulers of the Primal Dinsional Rulers...and they were bowing towards a single being.
Dark hair billowing calmly on his head, eyes deeply blue as they drew one in if they looked for too long. While the WORLD Rank Rulers were watching in shock and stupor at the scene of the being kneeling towards him, these eyes flashed a brilliant blue as a terrible pressure descended!
[Ruler's Enation] was cast, this horrendous pressure of a skill coming onto the shoulders of lesser ranked beings and stemming from the soul of a being that had devoured the souls of millions of Abyssal Fiends.
BOOM!
The over 20 or so WORLD Rank experts couldn't even stand on their two feet with the descent of this pressure, buckling to the ground as they could discern a terrifying pressure to be constricting every single part of their bodies!
Their ntal states were thrown into disarray as an instant later, a blue light of dominance shone from the exceedingly blue eyes of the being that Dinsional Rulers were kneeling towards.
[Subjugate] was cast.
Under the pressure that scrambled their minds, this blue light perated into the minds of all the WORLD Rank Rulers as in the next few seconds…
"Ah…"
Over 20 new Subjugations joined Noah's ranks.

His mind felt an explosion of power s it was enhanced further with the addition of even more subjugated beings, Noah raising his head as he stopped the terrifying pressure while staring out of the grand hall he was in, his eyes stretching towards the vast stars outside this Realm.
Just like that, the major powerhouses of the Primal Dinsional Rulers had fallen to him.
Too easily!
Just with these actions, he had gained countless amounts of Worlds and Realms he could delve into for their Rifts.
Just like this, he had occupied one-third of the Sublunary Plane in influence as all he had to do now was finish the other 2 Factions!
And what better way was there than to collect them all together like he had just done so now with these World Rank Rulers?
What better way than to call them to the Sanctuary at the center of this Plane that was right below the Golden Stairway of Ascension for the grand battle as Noah took the reigns of an entire plane?!
Just the re thought of it caused Noah to smile as his eyes returned to his surroundings where multiple Dinsional Rulers were kneeling.
Amidst all of them, if he couldn't be titled the strongest Dinsional Ruler, just who would be worthy of such a title?!
