Two enemies had appeared as the next script to play out would be a huge battle, but Noah just knocked out his enemies as a few minutes later, two Low Ranking Realm Overseers woke up from their stupor to find their minds bound to another being!

Two Low Ranking Realm Overseers in addition to Drax bowed to Noah, Annalise looking at this scene while shaking her head incredulously as even now she wasn't used to Noah's abilities.
"Each of you oversees 4 Star Systems with a total of 7 Elental Dinsional Rifts?"
Noah was concurrently reading their mories while talking to them, finding out that similar similar Drax, these two Overseers had their own systems to look out for, and it ant 14 additional Elental Dinsional Rifts for him!
The two of them passed through Drax's jurisdiction as it was a common thing for Low Ranking Realm Overseers to fight and ddle over each other as if any of them fell out of favor with the higher ups of the Order of the Primal Dinsional Rulers, those around would be the ones to benefit as they inherit everything.
The two of them had moles planted throughout the Planets and Realms that Drax controlled, and a few of them reported the odd behavior of Blessed around the Volcanic Continent Dinsional Rift being told to steer clear of the Rift for a certain hour today, and it was what brought them here!
Yet instead of causing trouble, they rely fell into Noah's hands as he just blinked towards them to release a horrifying ntal pressure that defeated them right after.
The Elental Dinsional Rifts Noah would have had access to that were under Drax's care were just 5, but he now held an additional 15l4 he would add after he finished going through the Star and Realm Systems that Drax controlled!
"Good! The two of you head back to your jurisdictions, I'll co over there in a day or two after I'm done here."
He voiced out commandingly as the two Subjugated Overseers nodded, their figures flashing away as Noah turned to Drax who understood with a look, this being beginning to lead them to the second Elental Dinsional Rift that was within the Brightmoon Realm Cluster.
It was a truly fantastical sight to co across as never in his wildest dreams would Noah have expected to be able to traverse the void of space looking at glimring stars and entering spatial folds leading to hidden Realms that were even bigger than worlds.
In his past life, it was an impossibility for a common person like him to even dream of going to space on a huge ship, where unless one knew a few eccentric billionaires who were shooting dick-shaped rockets into space before Noah died and transmigrated, the remaining beings would forever remain anchored to the earth!
Yet...here he was withstanding the terrifying pressure of space with his own body as wondrous waves of energy coursed through him.
His mind was even more vibrant as with his Inherent Skills, his strongest power was his mind as with a re look of his shimring blue eyes, Beasts of lower Rank than him would have their souls crushed with a re cast of Ruler's Emanation!
With such power, Noah treated his exploration of the Brightmoon Realm Cluster as a re vacation as he enjoyed the sights with his little sister of this new life.
The eyes of the holder of the Ice Queen Inherent Skill would light up every ti they crossed through new stars or Realms, her power also showing itself in full when they delved into the second Elental Dinsional Rift that was called [Ice Age].
Another Diamond Ranked Elental Rift that dropped Universal Crystals of the Law of Ice, a lesser ranked subtype Law that stemd from the Law of Water!
This Rift was cleared at around 4 minutes- sa as the first Rift as within this Realm System that Drax oversaw, Noah only had the task of adding the remaining Diamond and 3 normal PLATINUM Rank Dinsional Rift within this Brightmoon Realm Cluster before he would go on to the other 2 Realm and Star Clusters to add 3 more Elental Rifts and a myriad of normal Rifts.
After that, he would go on the Realm and Star Clusters of the two Overseers he just subjugated as in a matter of days, he would have multiple sources of Universal Law Crystals as he would gain a ridiculous amount of boosts from each law, his power rising to horrendous levels as his capability to fight across Realms based purely on his ridiculous Boosts might beco a complete reality!
After that…
"I'll have to delve deeper into the Order of the Primal Dinsional Rulers…"
Yes!
After all this, Noah would have to stretch his influence across the Realm Overseers working under the Faction of the Primal Dinsional Rulers.
"I can lead you to the High Ranking Overseer that looks over the Misty Void Quadrant we're all in, Master. After that, you should be able to easily start coming in contact with High Ranking Overseers and later on...even the Dinsional Rulers of the Order of the Primal Dinsional Rulers!"

Even Drax proactively laid out possible plans for his master as Noah smiled with a nod, a clear path gradually forming in his mind as the three of them left the Realm where they cleared the Ice Age Dinsional Rift so that Noah could go across the Diamond and PLATINUM Rifts of the Brightmoon Realm Cluster.
But...this was when Noah's face drastically changed as Annalise's beca ashen, Drax stepping in front of them protectively as they sensed a horrendous aura of a being near the entrance of the Realm they just left!
A being not at the rank of Platinum or Soul...or even the WORLD Rank that Noah was currently in!
"Oh co on…"
Words of frustration left his mouth as Noah's eyes pulsed with imnse colors of gold and dark lights as he utilized the laws of Fate and Chaos while looking at the being that was curiously looking at them.
It was a girl that looked no older than 18, her figure looking extrely young and naive...but her body carried with it imnse power and might that even caused the surrounding space to shake!
Noah had no knowledge of this, but this being was the Dinsional Ruler from the Keepers of Order and Fate that was the only one to actually get a direction of his location apart from all the Dinsional Rulers that sensed the changes the mont that he stepped into the Sublunary Dinsional Plane.
The Dinsional Ruler that found him first...was actually not among those that were searching to nip him in the bud as a threat, but it was the Dinsional Ruler that had entirely assimilated Chaos as she was close to sensing the path of a Dao...the Sea of chaos leading her to Noah at this mont as he seed like the answer!
This was because among all the creatures in the Sublunary Plane, only Noah had been the one to grasp onto the Dao of Destruction at this point in ti. All those that preceded him in the eons past had long since ascended to the Empyrean Plane as he could be considered the pioneer of this Dao in this age.
As a pioneer...he drew in the only other being that was searching for this Dao as well!
"This is certainly interesting...you're the thing that got everyone's panties in a bunch?"
Her voice rang out clearly as at this ti, Noah had finished confirming his path with [Fate Scryer].
It had told him that stepping out was the best path for him, and even this trendously powerful being in front of him that actually stood in the Realm above him at STAR Rank...Fate still told him his path was golden as it was even going in the best possible direction!
This ant that his life was not currently on the line. But...who exactly was this being, and what did she want if fate told him it was not to harm?

The figure of the curvaceous woman then began to vibrate with power in the next second, her fair hand waving beside her as a dark portal ripped apart the void of space. She held an accomplished smile as she looked towards Noah and spoke plainly.
"My entrance into this quadrant has notified the old fogeys of the Primal Dinsional Rulers as they'll soon co to check what brought here. I'm not so sure what they'll do when they realize they've found the existence they have begun looking for all this ti...so why don't you co with for now?"

The glimrs of fate shone brightly in Noah's eyes as he confird so things with [Fate Scryer].
"5 seconds." The curvaceous woman called out lightly as a mischievous smile could be seen on her face, as if it was of no consequence what would happen in the next few seconds!
Noah's eyes shone brightly as he grabbed Annalise's hand a second later, their figure shooting towards the pulsing dark portal and diving into it as the curvaceous woman smiled brightly, waving her hands towards Drax as she disappeared into the portal an instant later!
