On Qin Zhisu’s side, because he got along well with everyone, it was lively and bustling. However, Qin Zhiyou was not to be outdone. He didn’t deliberately seek solitude or anything, but while the others were struggling up the mountain, he and Lu Weixi rode up effortlessly in the cable car. By the ti the rest panted their way to the peak, Qin Zhiyou and Lu Weixi were already comfortably seated in the best viewing spot, having ordered a large table of refreshnts and enjoying coffee and snacks. On seeing them arrive, they even politely nodded their heads and “generously” offered to share, “This tastes pretty good, want to try so?”
How could Qin Zhisu possibly accept his charity? He glanced over and then turned to find the shop owner, “Give a portion of that.”
The shop owner wore an expression of helplessness, “This, it’s sold out…”
Then, glancing over at Qin Zhiyou’s side, Qin Zhisu imdiately knew that his dear brother had already reserved all those items.
He ordered a bunch of stuff and didn’t waste a single bit, even feeding the stray dogs and cats.
There’s no helping it, he was now just more mature than these kids. He was already financially independent and successful in his career, and even his sudden attendance at their graduation event got a warm reception from the faculty. After all, Hanhai Group provided a significant project fund to N University every year, and for the past two years, this project had been overseen by the newly graduated Qin Zhiyou.
No one would want to be at odds with money, not even N University. Besides, Qin Zhiyou was also an alumnus, contributing to his alma mater without seeking any backdoor favors. Everyone in the school set their sights high, but these students weren’t fools either; all together, they couldn’t compare to a single finger of Qin Zhiyou. No matter how promising Qin Zhisu might be or how highly regarded he was by his family, that was sothing for the future. Right now, the fact was that Qin Zhiyou was a notch above them, making it hard for them to turn the tables.
And… well, whether by design or not, Qin Zhiyou was dressed in matching outfits with Lu Weixi today. Lu Weixi was clad in white while he was in black casual wear from head to toe. Compared to everyone else who had co out in uniform T-shirts, the pair simply looked like a match made in heaven, even more so than when she was with Qin Zhisu. Complented by the mountain breeze and the scenery, they were like a living painting.
Even those who disliked Lu Weixi had to admit: she really was beautiful, or else she wouldn’t have caused these brothers to beco enemies now.
But the better matched they appeared, the angrier Qin Zhisu beca. Cai Yiren, of course, noticed his frustration and tily offered her tenderness. They clearly had the upper hand, and it was Qin Zhiyou who had stolen his brother’s girlfriend, yet they still carried themselves with an air of legitimacy, which just added to Qin Zhisu’s frustration.
Even when leaving, Qin Zhiyou outright told the teacher, “Can I take her and leave first? We have sothing to attend to and would like to head out earlier. I’ll ssage you once we reach our destination.”
Qin Zhisu imdiately countered, “Yiren, weren’t you saying Aunt Cai wanted to get so fresh air? Invite them to join us for dinner tonight.”
Lu Weixi originally didn’t want to agree, but as soon as she heard Qin Zhisu’s show of defiance, she nodded right away. Cai Yiren was overjoyed yet pretended to be conflicted, “Won’t that be too much trouble for you?”
