The food here was quite diocre, and even though Lu Weixi had fallen on hard tis now, her pickiness when it ca to clothing, food, housing, and transportation was still there. She hardly touched the food before setting down her chopsticks.
On normal occasions, it might have been all right, but within a group trip, her fussiness seed particularly affected. The taste of dishes served at this farmhouse restaurant was already hard to describe, and there were quite a few picky eaters who barely touched their food. However, only she was singled out and ridiculed, “The young miss surely can’t get used to this simple food, can she?”

But as long as there was a dinner party in China, toasting was essential. A hundred people, at least ten cases of beer ca up. Those who were good at drinking, those involved in the student union, and those who liked mingling were already carrying their glasses from table to table. Apart from the teacher’s table, which received special attention, Qin Zhigu’s table was also highly frequented.
Qin Zhigu was the school heartthrob, the second son of the Qin Family, the heir apparent to take over Hanhai Group. On top of that, he had excellent academic achievents and a pleasant deanor.
