Just as he was watching, the elevator doors began to close, and he quickly pressed the button again to open them.
“Thank you.” Lu Weixi nodded, stepping into the elevator.
Even though it was the weekend, this area was designed for single-patient rooms and far away from the main building and the primary inpatient departnt, attracting only limited visitation from patients and their relatives. Lu Weixi paused slightly, then said, “The first floor.”
Qin Zhigu pressed the button for the first floor, then added, “Go to whichever floor you want, please feel free.”

Qin Zhigu looked at her and said, “I’m here to see Aunt Lu.”

Qin Zhigu was startled, “What happened to Aunt Lu?”

As they were talking, the door of the elevator opened. Lu Weixi exited first, “I’ll leave first.”

She didn’t much like Qin Zhigu calling her this way. This overly intimate address was inappropriate for their current relationship.
