Before she could finish her sentence, Qin Zhiyou suddenly received a phone call. As soon as he answered, his expression darkened drastically. He had just regained his footing a mont ago, but after listening for a few seconds, he collapsed to the floor as if struck down.
Xue Feifei, who had been furiously scolding him just a mont ago, froze in shock as she watched Qin Zhiyou collapse right in front of her. She was so stunned she couldn’t utter another word.
There was no need for Zhao Zihao to step forward and ask what was happening because his phone rang at almost the sa ti. It was the hospital director calling him: “Are you still at the hospital? Sothing has happened here.”
