Chapter 832: Chapter 832: Is this your performance personality?

The mont Han Fei left the crowd, he reverted to his feeble appearance. He looked half-dead, as if one foot was already in the coffin. Even the beggars by the roadside stepped aside for him.

“Gao Cheng! Stop loitering here, the principal wants to have a morning eting!”

Director Crow gathered all the teachers in the conference room. The incidents that happened in the morning made the principal very angry. However, he wasn’t so blinded by rage as to neglect the most important matter at hand, which was the assessnt— or rather, the sacrifice for the Black Building.

The capture of the culprit would have to wait until after the assessnt. The principal instructed all the teachers to keep their spirits up, take care of the students in their classes, and strengthen the school’s internal security.

After giving out all the instructions, the principal kept Yan Lan back alone and let the others leave first.

“You’re quite good at acting.” Wang Chuqing followed behind Han Fei, muttering in a voice only the two of them could hear: “Why don’t you quit being a teacher and beco an actor? I think you have real potential.”

“I’ve never pretended. It’s all genuine.” Han Fei took out a White Token from his pocket: “What did you steal from the Taste Pavilion last night? I rember there being a Heart of Grudge.”

“That you rember clearly. The Heart of Grudge is rare, forming only in the most special circumstances of resentnt. If you want it, trade the White Token for it.”

“The assessnt is tomorrow night. Co to Ankang Pharmacy at 9 PM tonight, and I’ll give you the White Token.”

Han Fei agreed readily, which made Wang Chuqing a bit uneasy. He hesitated and glanced at Han Fei cautiously, then asked, “You’re not planning to kill to silence , are you?”

“Am I that kind of person?” Han Fei was sowhat speechless. He was always good at handling workplace relationships, yet people always seed to have a prejudice against him, and he didn’t know why.

Wang Chuqing said nothing and left quickly.

“Teacher Wang is really shy.”

Back in Class Seven, Han Fei first wrote the big word “Self-study” on the blackboard, then picked up a small stool preparing to leave.

Walking off the podium, Han Fei noticed student number four looking extrely tired, lying on the desk asleep. He gently tapped the desk: “Wear your coat while sleeping; otherwise, it’s easy to catch a cold.”

Number four sat up frowning, with Death Intent swirling in his double eyes, as if his personality was teetering on the edge of losing control.

Clearly, number four had used his personality’s ability multiple tis last night.

“By the way, there’s sothing I’ve always wanted to ask you.” Han Fei placed the stool beside the desk and looked at number four very seriously: “How do you trigger the power of your personality? I know what my personality is, but it has always been hidden in my Brain Sea.”

Number four didn’t expect Han Fei to ask such things. By right, Han Fei should be the teacher.

Turning his head to look at kids numbered one and two, and seeing that neither objected, number four finally spoke: “Personality is your lifeti imprint, a gem ford by the convergence of all mories and experiences. It can help you through despair, but it can also push you into the Abyss.”

“Can you explain it more plainly? I also want to use the power that cos with my personality.” Han Fei had already mastered the use of the Greed Personality. If he could activate his Healing-type Personality, then a perpetual motion machine that devours Ghost and Monster would be complete.

“The world has been altered by Disaster, and it’s now different from before, filled and saturated with intense emotions everywhere. Ghosts are made from obsession and negative emotions, while a personality is about turning those emotions into Power while alive.” Number four touched his own chest: “Manipulate emotions, don’t let anything interfere, imrse yourself in your mory World, embrace your personality, and you will be able to control it and unleash its true potential.”

For so, doing all this isn’t too difficult, like number four: “If you really can’t awaken your personality, then try doing sothing corresponding, for example, the Daring Personality requires fearlessness, so you can challenge sothing dangerous or place yourself in an extrely dangerous environnt.”

“Treat according to the symptoms?” Han Fei always thought he had a Healing-type Personality, and to awaken such a personality, he might need to heal others’ ntal wounds.

The kids in Class Seven had so personality defects, but Han Fei wouldn’t use these kids for experints; he needed a target where he could try without restraint.

“Most people can’t freely manipulate their personality’s power even after awakening. They often need a psychological cue, which can be a song, an action, an object, etc.” Class monitor number five also ca over: “That’s all we can tell you. The rest is up to you to explore.”

“The feeling of Healing, along with psychological cues…” Han Fei didn’t disturb these kids any further, and left the classroom with the stool in hand.

Just as Han Fei was about to eavesdrop on other classes, he bumped into Yan Lan. The female teacher, who was about his height, carried an aura that kept people at a distance.

“Good morning, Teacher Yan. Did the principal give you a hard ti?” Before Han Fei’s words were even finished, Yan Lan’s fist brushed past his ear and landed on the wall!

The crack spread behind Han Fei, and the clear sound was nerve-wracking.

tal spikes pierced into both sides of the spine as Yan Lan exuded a terrifying, creeped-out aura. Her murky face drew close to Han Fei like a starving Beast: “You Madman, what exactly are you trying to do?”

“Have you ever seen a Madman as passive as ?” Han Fei dared not move recklessly; he saw the tsunami-like killing intent surging in Yan Lan’s Double Eyes.

“Those twenty-seven lives last night, were they related to you?” Yan Lan’s voice carried a chilling tone: “Smashing through the chest with a punch, you’re imitating my style of murder!”

“I don’t have such capability, but those twenty-seven people killed last night didn’t die unjustly. After gaining privilege, they ignored the deaths of others and used the children of other families as sacrificial offerings to ensure their own safety. Don’t you think that’s unfair?”

“Fair?” The sound of cracking knuckles from Yan Lan was chilling: “There’s no such thing as fairness in this city.”

“There wasn’t before because I hadn’t made up my mind yet.” Han Fei’s expression showed no change. He remained calm and composed, even in the face of death threats: “The original intent of establishing the school was to protect the Survivors and fight the Ghost and Monster. This is not a dining hall for Fierce Ghosts. If nobody wants to change that, then I’ll be the boy who exposes the emperor’s new clothes.”

“The principal will kill you!”

“I’m touched just hearing you say that, at least it ans you’re not the one who wants to kill .” Han Fei patted Yan Lan’s arm: “The Daring Personality is the most beautiful anthem of humanity, but only by treading the right path can you be fearless and unafraid. So I hope you won’t waste it.”

Yan Lan did not betray Han Fei, nor did she harm him. All these signs showed that she was already wavering.

The original plan of the Class Seven students might have been to kill with a borrowed knife, but now Han Fei has created a better option.

As the class bell rings, Han Fei leaves with a stool in hand, attending other teachers’ classes while bringing back useful information he summarized to Class Seven.

With the assessnt drawing near, the atmosphere in the school becos heavy. Every teacher spares no effort to teach their students, hoping to slightly increase their chances of survival.

The dayti passes quickly, and after the students leave the classroom one by one, Ma Jing blocks Han Fei in the hallway.

“Teacher Gao, you’ve been getting close to Teacher Wang lately? Since when did you two beco so friendly?”

“Teacher Wang is very enthusiastic, offering ghost blood and all sorts of curse items, it’s hard to refuse such hospitality!” Han Fei smiles at Ma Jing, after carefully observing and realizing that the other indeed has a face well-suited for a sacrificial offering.

“Then you better think carefully, whether ghost blood tastes good or if living is more important.” Ma Jing takes out a photo: “I have a lot of similar things, the principal is now worried about how to give an explanation to the residents of the stronghold, I hope you don’t beco the scapegoat.”

“Tonight after dark, we trade at Ankang Pharmacy. I want to make sure you destroy everything.” Han Fei’s voice gets lower.

“Why go to Ankang Pharmacy? Are you planning to join forces with the Dark rchant to take out?” Ma Jing’s eyes, hidden behind glasses, resemble a venomous snake.

“I have no way to ensure that you’ve destroyed everything. To prevent leaks, I can only pull you onto the pirate ship and have you complete a transaction with the Dark rchant.” Han Fei squints his eyes: “Who knows if you have backup data? After I hand over the White Token to you, you might turn against imdiately? Or use this matter to threaten next ti?”

Han Fei’s words make sense, Ma Jing starts to think. The mutual distrust cannot continue if they want to complete the transaction.

“Fine, let’s go to Ankang Pharmacy.” Ma Jing reaches to grab Han Fei’s arm, his glasses reflecting the image of Gao Cheng: “Don’t play tricks, or I’ll make your death very unpleasant, and your class’s students won’t escape either.”

“So much nonsense.” Han Fei shakes off the other’s hand: “See you at nine tonight.”

Returning to the teacher’s dormitory alone, Han Fei recalls Si Number’s words, imrsing his consciousness into his brain sea, gathering his mory fragnts, but no matter how hard he tries, he can’t form the Healing Personality. Instead, the abyss of Greed Personality is constantly growing, as if trying to devour Han Fei’s brain sea.

“This Gao Cheng has been tortured for countless years in the Shrine mory World by Gao Xing, he can’t be looked at with normal eyes, who knows what he’s planning, I must awaken my own personality as soon as possible.”

After packing items into a bag, Han Fei left the school more than an hour early.

At 8:55 PM, Ma Jing wraps himself tightly and arrives at Ankang Pharmacy. To avoid revealing his identity, he deliberately changes his appearance, releasing the ghost and monster aura from his glasses.

“Could that bastard Gao Cheng be tricking ? He’s severely ntally polluted, on the verge of madness, so he probably can’t use his Personality Power anymore, he’s not my opponent in a direct fight either.” After escaping the Deceit Building, Gao Cheng’s ntal state was heavily polluted. This was known throughout the school. Although ghost blood can cleanse ntal pollution, consuming it is like slow suicide, causing irreversible damage to the body, considering all this, Ma Jing thought he couldn’t lose.

“Ti passes so slowly.” He hides in the shadows, observing the surroundings with so impatience.

At nine o’clock sharp, another figure appears at the end of the street. Wang Chuqing arrives at Ankang Pharmacy punctually as agreed with Han Fei.

Last night Old Wang had just saved Han Fei, so the two are considered to have a bond ford through life and death; Wang Chuqing believes Han Fei will keep his promise. To show sincerity, he not only brought the Heart of Resentnt Spirit but also the remaining ghost blood he had.

“Wang Chuqing?” Seeing Wang Chuqing, Ma Jing’s gaze turns terrifying in an instant: “He also ca?”

Various thoughts erge, Ma Jing begins to rapidly weigh the pros and cons, but before he can figure anything out, he suddenly hears the sound of a coin being tossed nearby.

The shadow where Ma Jing is hiding is like a giant beast opening its mouth, boundless, greedy black mist bites fiercely towards him!

“How dare you trick ?!” As Ma Jing watches ordinary-looking glasses, student figures erge one by one, their necks bound by white ropes, like puppets crafted by Ma Jing, they madly charge towards the black mist.

As a school teacher, Ma Jing possesses a special self-personality. He does everything centered around himself, all students and family mbers rank second, all are objects to be used.

The black mist directly devours those students, not even creating a ripple. Realizing it’s bad, Ma Jing removes his glasses: “A bunch of trash!”

His mories flood into his pupils, deep within his eyes erge the figures of his parents and brother. To survive the disaster, he transford his parents and brother into special ghosts.

The strong brother withstands the black mist’s devouring, while the parents turn into ghost shadows swiftly moving within the black mist.

“Gao Cheng! Don’t let find you! I will turn you into a ghost too!”

While Ma Jing remains hysterically searching for Han Fei, he suddenly hears Han Fei’s agonizing and desperate screams from outside the black mist: “Save ! Ma Jing wants to kill !”

Trapped inside the black mist, a question mark appears in Ma Jing’s mind. Being trapped himself, why does Han Fei scream in such agony?

Outside the black mist, Han Fei’s body is pierced by blood-colored paper ghosts and monsters. He struggles to crawl out of the black mist, continuously spitting out blood-stained paper sheets, the curse has already drilled into his heart!

“Ma Jing wants to kill , stop him…” Han Fei crawls forward, collapsing not far from Wang Chuqing.

Seeing the curse covering Han Fei’s entire body, even drilling into his heart, Wang Chuqing is shocked: “Who tornted you into this state?”

After completing the Blood Banquet mission, Han Fei gained an opportunity to open the Item Bar. He chose the Blood-colored Paperman, the curse burrowing into his heart ca from Xu Qin, this miserable appearance was the embrace of the Blood-colored Paperman. But Wang Chuqing had never seen such a scene, scared witless.

“It was Ma Jing who killed the administrator, he has connections with the Dark rchant! He also wants to sacrifice the kids in the school!” As a person nearing death, his words are sincere, with “dying struggle” Han Fei points to the black mist: “Kill him, you must kill him!”

Seeing Han Fei’s miserable state, Wang Chuqing takes out the knife wrapped in black cloth. For the first ti, he shakes off the black cloth and charges into the greedy black mist.
