Sylvia also took so distance. She stared at another demon who was trying to block her again. It was just the dark knight demon with nacing dark energy.
At that second, she felt extrely shocked because she recognized the darkness of odachi.
"Celestia? Who are you? How did you get hold of that sword!? Tell !" Sylvia lunged at the dark knight with her black spear in hand.
"When you can’t listen for any reason, nothing else matters. Devil, I shall take you down." Ely evaded Sylvia’s attack thanks to her Flawless Perception and Mortal Field. She then used her purification skill for a bit of testing.
"???" Sylvia was montarily blinded. However, she was completely fine.
A demon with the light attribute? Regardless, Sylvia imdiately attacked the mysterious dark knight as she had to discover the other party’s identity.

Ely eliminated Sylvia’s blood clones, and they vanished into ashes. However, the impact made her flying artifact malfunction, forcing her to land on the ground.
"Sylvi, stop it! She is Ely." Yuuki landed between Ely and Sylvia.
"Ely... It’s not her... Ely is a God..." Sylvia responded blankly. Her mind beca increasingly confused until she ended up unable to think straight.
There were too many doubts and variables, but sothing in her mind forced her brain not to think about it.
She only had to collect enough superior blood. That way, she could summon her God and awaken the Almighty One with a forbidden technique.
However, what if her God was already around all along? Celestia was Ely’s sword and the one before her...
Sylvia clutched her head as she fought against her own mind. Her head was hurt, and she groaned in pain.
At that ti, Ely’s disciples had already joined the battlefield. They wished to assist their master in defeating the powerful devil.
However, Ely imdiately ordered them via telepathy to handle the demons around her as she would defeat this Devil Deity with her hand.
"There is sothing wrong with her mind. That’s evil energy... soone is manipulating her mind. However, she can still be saved. I can do it." Ely observed Sylvia more closely.
"It’s an evil black magic, but much more potent than Jophi’s abilities." Yuuki stated her guess.
"To influence and liberate soone with mind control, the magic caster’s level must be higher than the patient’s. However, she is at the pinnacle of mortal power rank. How can we release her from mind control then?" Evelyn wished Ely had a solution.
"Eve, please order everyone to withdraw." Ely held onto Celestia’s scabbard tightly. She then grabbed the hilt with her right hand. The darkness began to envelop her entire body.
"Ely, what do you want to do?" Seeing what Ely would do, Yuuki was filled with horror and shock.
"Ely, you..." Evelyn went ghastly pale.
They knew Celestia was a super dangerous dark sword with its own consciousness. It was classified as the superior one even in the God-tier weapon class.
The sheathed sword’s aura was already deadly and sharp, but if Ely would unsheath it to cut down Sylvia... the dinsion would be torn open, and Sylvia would obviously die.
"Hurry up! This sword won’t listen to and will unsheathe itself!" Ely tried her best to keep Celestia from getting out of its sheath. This sword was angry and wished to cut Sylvia down!
"Then, what are you going to do with her?" Yuuki pointed at Sylvia.
"I will save her. I can bring her back to life if she doesn’t et true death. She is our precious friend. She is just confused and lost." Ely reassured Yuuki and Evelyn.
She then spoke to Celestia via telepathy, even though she knew this sword couldn’t answer her with words...
Celestia radiated the darkness of fury, and it made Ely panic. They had agreed to stop Sylvia, but Celestia suddenly wanted to influence her to commit mass genocide.
*Rumble* *Rumble*
Celestia’s dark aura was getting thicker and enveloped Ely. The black lightning kept flashing, and the catastrophic clouds gathered in the sky, making the battlefield dark and tense.
"Please bring her back to her sense, Ely. Let’s go..." Yuuki urged Evelyn to move.
Yuuki and Evelyn imdiately ordered everyone to withdraw from the battlefield. For those who didn’t want to heed their warning, nobody was responsible for it.
They had no idea why Celestia suddenly went berserk, but Ely couldn’t restrain Celestia for long. By the ti Ely’s sword of darkness ca out of its sheath, many people would be swallowed up and die into nothingness.
As the danger grew bigger, Sylvia’s survival instinct kicked in. Her inner self scread to escape, getting as far away from the dark knight as possible. Yet, her spirit said to uncover the other party’s identity. She could ensure it if she could obtain the other party’s blood.
Even so, her demonic impulse amplified her desire to claim it as her own. She desired superior blood.
Yuuki said the dark knight was her precious friend. However, her clouded judgnt treated it as a lie, and the so-called Ely was nothing but an imposter.
With that thought in mind, Sylvia raised her God-tier darkness spear. She also summoned many blood clones and elental weapons. Regardless of the risk, she was determined to take down the dark knight.

Ely could no longer restrain Celestia. The sword of darkness was out of its sheath, exposing an almost two-ter dark, sharp blade to the world.
The world lost its color. The accumulated dark energy for years was released at that very mont.
Celestia controlled Ely’s hands and arms to swing it forward.
Ely couldn’t control this God-tier sword, and her arms were moving against her wish. Celestia began to influence her, but she was still sane and aware of what was happening.
"Stop!" Ely tried her best to regain control of her hands. She tilted the sword slash trajectory slightly to the side.

A simple sword slash was released in a vertical direction.
No follow-up noise occurred, only complete silence and absolute darkness.
However, everyone above the 8th Rank could see the Young Demon God’s sword split the world’s dinsion and almost split open the continent in two. Over tens of thousands of demons and devils vanished in an instant.
The dinsion crack was automatically repaired by the world, albeit slowly. That sword slash split the Human Realm and the Demon Realm by the two-kiloter wide abyss of darkness.
"Eh?" Sylvia was stunned for a few seconds.
The world was so dark, but she could still see everything with her demonic dragon’s eyes. Her blood clones, elental weapons, and everything vanished into the darkness.
Her wings and right hand were devoured by darkness just as she was about to attack. Her skin was burned and contaminated by the corrosive darkness, but she was much or less still alive.
It took a few seconds for her to register the pain, but she gritted her teeth to endure it. One of her blood threads survived the destruction. It should slit the enemy’s throat, but it could only remove the dark knight’s helt.
*Clang*
The dark knight’s helt was blown away.
Even though the other party was wearing a half-face respirator, Sylvia could still see so familiarity from that pair of purplish-blue eyes.
Those srizing eyes pulled her into the endless abyss, which was as beautiful as the vast universe.
"E-Ely..." Sylvia took a step closer, even though it hurt so much. She almost killed her precious friend, and she almost got killed in return.
She wondered why they were fighting against each other in the first place. However, she could tell she tried to harm Ely with her hands.
"!!!" Ely gasped to see her first layer of defense get destroyed. Her helt was also thrown sowhere.
It was just a slash from an SSS Rank God-tier sword. It nearly killed Sylvia and split the Tearobis Great Continent in two.
When Ely found Celestia calm down, she imdiately sheathed it and placed dozens of sealing talismans there. She was angry at this God-tier sword of darkness. This one was scarier than dozens of cursed evil weapons.
However, the Devil Deity was already standing right before her. There was no more malice or killing intent. Not even the slightest bit of hint of hostility.
Sylvia reached out her hand to touch Ely’s cheek. Her spirit could sense it was Ely, but not completely Ely. Her mind beca clearer. She could tell that she finally found her place to return.
Even so, she was confused about why they were in the middle of the battlefield. Everything was dark, with almost no light, but she sensed many dangers and demons within a ten-kiloter radius.

A wide blood-red magic circle with complicated runes erged beneath them. Sylvia brought Ely to sink into it.
"!!!" Ely panicked. Yet, she and Sylvia had already sunk into the intimidating demonic magic circle. She couldn’t escape.
*Plop*
They sank into the blood-red magic circle and disappeared. The darkness slowly faded, and the dark sky gradually dissipated.
