Richard looked up. The crimson sky had long faded, but he was still troubled by sothing. "Perhaps they’re not as united as we thought. Whatever their reason, we must press on and advance. The true battle lies ahead."
"You’re right. But, why do I feel like Shrine Priestess Miko, the sacred lady of the Elysion Chruch, knows more than anything we can imagine?" Nyla clasped her hands and pressed them on her chest, feeling restless.
"Do you think she can foresee the future? They arrived just to save us from doom. So, since she said the other demon kings won’t pull any ambush like the previous one, can we take it for granted?" Katsue was honestly concerned.
"She is trustworthy, and we can believe her. She is a sacred lady, so her words carry their weight. After recuperating, we should continue our journey as planned. The other demon kings are out of range at the mont. Our primary target of elimination is the Demon King of Extre Evil and his demon army." Mashiro clenched his fist as he stared at the northwest, the direction the Nacrax City was located.
A few monts later, the reinforcents from the capital city arrived to investigate the recent occurrence. The hero expedition party had no idea the entire forest had been sealed by the demonic barrier to prevent anyone from outside from noticing anything in that forest.
The imperial city could only notice the incident when everything was over, and the reinforcents were too late as everything had been resolved. Thankfully, the white star expert and the Elysion Chruch ca to their aid in ti regardless of any disturbance and prevention prepared by the demon kings.
The hero expedition party resud their journey an hour later with more determination than ever. Unbeknownst to them, the demon kings were still monitoring their movents with so ulterior motives.
While the heroes of humanity embarked on a journey to reach the sealed Nacrax City, the wheels of a greater ga were already set in motion.
The next encounter they had to face returned to the proper level. It began with a group of small demons, a goblin village, an orc tribe, and then a demonic beast horde. The difficulty went up gradually.
Compared to the final boss stage they faced at the first encounter, the difficulty was reduced from nightmare to easy and interdiate level, they handled the hurdles without much effort and sacrifice.
anwhile, Miko led her party and the Elysion Church’s team to return to the Sacred Sakura Holy Land. They withdrew their forces from the Chthonic World, leaving only those below Nascent Soul in their new church branch. Tomorrow would be a great historic day where they would purge the heretics from the Caelum World, and their Goddess would bring down the divine punishnt to those heretics!
"Hm? You are asked to return and participate in the newly opened secret realm exploration to seek fortuitous encounter again?" Miko blinked her eyes in a slight surprise.

But, beware of any kind of liquid from the desolate beasts." Miko dug up a bit of information using her grimoire.
If she inford her disciples, she was sure nobody would be interested. It was easy to achieve Nascent Soul in Sacred Sakura. After all, her disciples were mostly already at Nascent Soul, and her core disciples were all at Spirit Transformation, almost reaching Void Tempering, the 7th Rank.
"Any kind of liquid... alright, thank you for your enlightennt, Miko. Honestly, this will be very helpful. My sect has weakened and we can’t afford to suffer another setback, much less lose young talents in this expedition. I should warn them about it." iying was both happy and relieved. It was always a good choice to seek Miko’s guidance and enlightennt.

"How cute, hehe. Mama is a little mama now." Miko knelt down and hugged her little mama.
"A-ah, fufu~ We’re free today. Do you want to do sothing together?" Elysia rubbed Miko’s head gently.
"It’s the middle of spring, almost the end of season, approaching sumr. The weather is quite sunny and warm today. How about we play in the water?" Miko put her hands together, looking at her little mama’s cute angelic face.
