The temperature in the Demon Realm was relatively hot even though it should be so close to winter. Ely went to the cave entrance and found she was near an active volcano.
No wonder the air was hot and humid.
The sky was still as red as ever, typical of the Demon Realm’s atmosphere. Ely then used her Sacred Vision to see far away.
This place was surrounded by a vast, dark, dry forest. There were also lots of monsters, demons, and ghosts.
Ely turned around and activated her air conditioner artifact for a cool sensation. She truly wanted to take off her dark knight armor.
She also had to get out of the forbidden zone as soon as possible. She couldn’t contact anyone from here, and everyone might be worried. The difficult situation on the battlefield also wasn’t over yet.
However, Sylvia couldn’t send her back via teleportation blood magic because it was the ancient demonic arts. Using that kind of power was still risky for Sylvia’s current unstable situation.
Thus, Ely forbade Sylvia to use ancient magic for now. She also had yet to thoroughly remove the strange evil energy that influenced Sylvia’s mind for a reason.
She should have taken care of it as soon as possible, but there were other things filling her mind with worry.
"Ely, may I know how you ended up on that battlefield? You look like the one leading the war." Sylvia was already wearing a new outfit. It was a sexy black-red skimpy sumr dress.
Ely scanned this devil girl up and down.
Sylvia was a devilish beauty with long, shiny silver hair that cascaded down to her hips, pale white skin, long dainty fingers with blood-red fingernails, rosy-red lips, and vampire-like fangs.
A pair of black feather angel-like wings fluttered slightly as she walked. Her dark dragon’s tail also swayed with every step. A couple of horns which resembled a tilde, adorned her head.
Sylvia stared at Ely with her blood-red dragon eyes, radiating nothing but pure curiosity and concern.
"I went to explore the ancient secret realm. Then, the ancient demons’ invasion plan. Also, the Tiangong Sacred Land’s declaration to destroy us." Ely heaved a sigh as she was still wondering how those terrible things could happen.
In her heart, she just wanted to carry out her mission to unseal her Goddess Master. Her current priority was to increase her stat points.
"Oh, that sounds interesting. I haven’t heard your story yet. Can you please tell , Ely?" Sylvia was curious and anticipated Ely’s stories.
"Alright, but you need to listen to and return with to the Sacred Mountain to get our Goddess Master’s forgiveness. Uhm, we should punish the mastermind and perpetrator first. After that, I can guide you to the appropriate good devil path. Dark isn’t necessarily evil." Ely raised her finger. She put forward a condition before anything.
"Okay~" Sylvia agreed with that as she already decided to follow Ely. She also had an agenda to get her revenge, and Ely would be there to help her.
Ely then summarized how she left as a dark knight and was mistaken for the nightmare demon’s young lord. Sohow, ancient demons began to call her the Young Demon God.
As for the war between Human Realm and Demon Realm, it was bound to happen. The ancient secret realm’s ergence stopped the ongoing battle for a month. Even so, a great war occurred regardless of the result.
The situation got even more chaotic when the ancient demons from the Ancient Night Secret Realm ca to invade the outside world with their armies and countless demonic monsters.
Ultimately, Ely made the ancient demons get the territory they desired without the war. She ford an alliance between Human Realm’s, Northern Realm’s, and Ancient Night Secret Realm’s sides.
However, the demons of the Demon Realm refused to have a truce, and the human alliance would wage war against the demons. Yet, a particular devil girl popped out of nowhere, and a great war heated up.
"That’s it. We need to leave imdiately. The great war is still going on as we speak now." Ely got up as she was ready to go.
"No rush. The demons will obviously retreat in fear. Since the devil is defeated, they will lose courage." Sylvia leaned back and looked up at the crimson sky.
After recalling Ely’s recent story, she couldn’t help but chuckle. "But, hehe~ You accidentally recruited eight ancient demon ancestors and their clans under your command. The world trembles just because of your presence. Ely, you are really wonderful, fufu."
"Nevermind, that’s a complicated problem. However, how do you know about the situation on the battlefield?" Ely was astonished.
"The devil is considered the higher demon, and the inferior demons worship the powerful devils, just like . Once the powerful devil is defeated, it’s normal for demon armies to lose morale and retreat. That’s just my guess. But, if you want to check the realm’s border, I will take you there." Sylvia spread her black angel-like wings as she was ready to carry Ely flying in the sky.
"Let change my clothes first." Ely thought it would be better if nobody recognized her as a dark knight or Young Demon God.
Her helt was thrown because of Sylvia’s blood thread. It would beco complicated if soone saw her.
"Hmm... How about you wear my spare outfit?" Sylvia offered.
"No need." Ely glanced at Sylvia. If the outfit ntioned was sothing like that skimpy dress, she’d better refuse. It was revealing too much skin and pretty inappropriate.
A few monts later, she was clad in her shrine priestess outfit. It was so refreshing to wear her usual outfit.
"Oh no, you look so delicious. Many hungry demons will be tempted to pounce on you. Why did you take off your dark knight armor? It’s pretty good." Sylvia covered her mouth as she was worried.
"De-delicious? Uh, it’s heavy, and I’m tired. It’s also hot and humid here. I only have this outfit..." Ely was taken aback. She thought Sylvia would eat her like the human-eating demon, but it was to tease her.
"Eh, wait a mont." Ely rembered about her Versatile Sli. She could change its shape at will. She imdiately returned to the dressing room and took it out.
She controlled it with her spiritual power, and the Versatile Sli wrapped around her body. One second later, she was clad in a fancy black outfit, typical of a renowned clan’s young master.
Her sli outfit flattened her plump breasts, and nobody could tell she was actually a girl, especially with her current devil-eye makeup. The elf-like pointy ears and a pair of dragon-like horns complented her disguise.
After that, she tied her hair into a ponytail and put on a hair ornant to cover her hair tie.
Ely disguised herself as a devil young master. After all, she was in the domain of devils and demons. So scary devils and demons craved young human girls’ flesh and blood. She didn’t want those creatures to go crazy because of her, just as Sylvia said.
"..." Ely looked at the dark odachi hovering on her back. Celestia was already asleep and dormant. She also put a lot of sealing talismans there.
"You must behave next ti, or I’ll seal you for eternity." Ely grabbed Celestia and held it up to her chest. Her inner space was within her body. She put the God-tier sword of darkness back into its place.
"Ely, I have a good combat suit for you. If you want-" Sylvia walked into the dressing room without prior notice.
She was stunned when she found Ely would commit suicide. Her body imdiately moved to hold Ely’s hand and that sword of darkness. "Ely, what are you going to do!?"
"Eh, you surprised . I need to place Celestia into my inner space. You have that, too, right? Your darkness spear is stored sowhere in your body." Ely gasped in surprise because of Sylvia’s sudden exclamation.
Sylvia blinked her eyes. She then released Ely’s hand in embarrassnt. "Inner space? Ah, hahaha, I thought you would do sothing scary. Sorry!"
"Do you think I will commit suicide?" Ely shook her head.
"..." Sylvia replied with a smile. Her dark spear didn’t go into her inner space but was inside her bracelet. She looked at her wrist, then praised Ely’s current appearance.
Sylvia already packed up everything and was ready to go. Therefore, they imdiately left.
As soon as they exited the forbidden zone, Yuuki contacted Ely via the telecommunication talisman. "Ely, where are you!? Can you hear ? Oh, it’s connected. I can detect you now. Please don’t move, and wait for there. I’ll be there in a few seconds!"
