Dave sat in the locker room with that pissed-off look still on his face.

The coach had told him earlier that he wasn't supposed to be part of the training because he was supposed to be at ho resting and that was why he had been sent off but instead of going ho, he had decided to co to the locker room instead.

Dave didn't respond to her as he let out a sigh before turning on the engine of his car.

Everywhere was slowly getting dark as he drove ho and by the ti he arrived ho, the sun was almost gone from the sky.

He got out of his car and slowly made his way to the door. He knocked twice on it and before he could knock the third ti, the door had been opened by Emma.

"Hey." She said with a warm smile on her face but that smile died down as soon as she noticed that he didn't have the brightest of looks on his face.

Dave didn't say anything to her as he slowly made his way into the house.

"How did the training session go?" She asked.

It had been almost two hours since he left so she had assud that he had actually trained.

"It's going well for them, I guess." He said looking at the staircase.

"You weren't allowed to train with them?" She asked, moving closer to him.

"No," Dave said, shaking his head.

"Hey." She said, placing her head on his shoulder. "It's okay, it's just one match and if you look at the bright side you'll see that it's not really sothing to feel down about."

"What bright side?" Dave asked, turning his gaze to her.

"You get to spend more ti with , we can even go out together and go watch the match together later in the evening." She said with a smile.

There was no expression on Dave's face as he stared at her but it didn't take long before a smile appeared on his face.

"Where do you want us to go together?" He asked.

"Anywhere you want, anywhere that will make you feel better and get your mind off the match during the day." She replied before removing her head from his shoulder.
