Roland turned his gaze to Mateo as he made his way out of the box expecting so kind of smug expression from the winger but there was none of that.
Mateo quickly made his way to him and gave him a pat on the shoulder before whispering sothing into his ears.
"Don't let it get you down, you'll get it next ti, it's all part of the process."
After getting all that across to him, the winger left him and returned to his position before they could send the ball out.
Roland was sort of happy that he didn't act smug after proving him wrong and that made sense because they were playing for the sa team after all and he would be happy to see him double their lead rather than blow a chance to do so.
However, there was still a part of him that wished he would have just given him that smug look instead.
After that miss from Roland, none of the sides were able to do anything threatening against each other until the referee finally blew his whistle twice to bring the first half to an end.
"There's the whistle and the first half cos to an end with Unique FC leading by one goal to nothing," Jim announced.
"Well, this has been a pretty interesting first half, I think Unique FC should have gotten more goals but it's a good thing for Frono FC that they had Erson in between the sticks."
"Well, we'll be expecting more in the second half, I can't wait to see what both teams will co up with to combat each other in the second half."
The players were all in the locker rooms now, and in Unique FC's locker room, Norman was standing in front of them just as always.
There was really nothing serious that he wanted to scold anyone about and he even ignored the fact that Mateo gave Roland a penalty that he was supposed to take and he missed it, he did tell the winger to make sure that he was going to be the one taking any penalty they win in the second half.
What he focused more on was talking about the weakness he spotted in Frono FC's tactics in the first half that they could have taken proper advantage of.
He tried to give them the hints from the sidelines but they weren't really getting it and he didn't bla them, they needed a proper breakdown to get the insight and that was what he was going to do now.
He had a lot to talk about, and the more he spoke, the more the players could see what they could have ruined Frono FC with in the first half.
Norman also considered the chance that they would be switching up things completely for the second half and for that, he had so form of backup that he told them about.
The main the of this dubious plan to completely dismantle Frono FC in the second half was to play the ball through the middle.
That was where they had a very serious hole that they try to cover up once their opponents focus their attack there, and once that happens they leave the other areas open.
It was a brilliant discovery from Norman and he made sure to give them a lot of thods to carry out their plan, but how well it was going to work was up to the players.

"Welco back, everyone, the second half of the ga is about to kick off now. As you all can see, the players from both teams are now matching onto the pitch, I have a feeling that this half will be better than the first one." Jim articulated.
"I hope so, Jim."
Unique FC were the ones who started the match from the kick-off spot in the first half so Darwin was the one standing over the ball in the kick-off spot now waiting for the referee's whistle.
It didn't take long before the referee blew his whistle, and as soon as he heard it, he quickly pushed the ball to Ahd who imdiately sent it rolling to Torres.
"There's the whistle and we're back in the ga."
The ball was quickly sent over to the other side toward Seth by Torres, and as soon as the winger got his foot on the ball, he pushed it back to the midfielder behind him who quickly sent it rolling to Darwin.
"And imdiately, Frono FC are pushing forward." I think you should take a look at
Darwin got his foot on the ball before he sent it rolling to Torres who tried to get past Norman before cutting back to the striker whose effort to go for goal ended up getting blasted over the bar.
"And it's over the bar, that could have been so much more, but it's another wasted effort."
'Well, this has been a pretty easy quest for a quest that was supposed to be hard.' Dave said subconsciously before throwing the ball to Roland.
