Now once again they are equal, with Team Blue at a disadvantage.
Ray, with desperation, blasted the do trap walls, but the damage was nded back to the original in a few seconds upon his attack.
Ray knew that the skill user couldn’t keep this do forever, and with the speed of the do regenerating itself, he could assu that he’d be free in no more than five minutes.
"I don’t have that much ti. Five minutes is more than enough for them to win this ga." His desperation only grew more when he saw another kill notification, confirming that Satoshi had also fallen.
[Red Team: 17 Kills] [Blue Team: 16 Kills]
Satoshi, Paige, and even Saud were back at the respawning area. However, they were bombarded with attacks from Jack and the Fire User, confirming the kill once again.
[Red Team: 18 Kills] [Blue Team: 16 Kills]
[Red Team: 19 Kills] [Blue Team: 16 Kills]
[Red Team: 20 Kills] [Blue Team: 16 Kills]
.
.
.
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 16 Kills]
"Finally, we are back in the lead!" The Fire User yelled.
Except the one who had been trapping Ray, all the other four mbers gathered at the Blue team’s corner to confirm more kills.
However, Jack’s eyes widened when he noticed sothing. "Wait, we only killed three; then how co there is an extra?"
With widened eyes, he looked at Ray respawning back, who decided to take extre asures upon realizing that he would lose not only the mini-ga but his levels as well as earned money.
...
A few minutes ago.
"I can’t risk losing a single penny," Ray thought as he blasted once again, and at this mont, even his mana had been depleted to the point that his attacks beca weaker.
He saw that the Red team only needed nine kills while they were still way behind them. "Now only one thing is left: either risk it all or lose everything."
Pointing his gun at his own head, he pulled the trigger.
...
Ray respawned back, he didn’t wait and used the first 15 seconds to blast a torrent of wind energy towards the group, which was caught off guard.
"Huh! Ray?" Satoshi’s eyes widened as he suddenly thought of how Ray ended up in a safe zone. "Crazy bastard," he murmured as one of the Red team mbers died from the first blast.
Ray yelled, "Finish them!" releasing another attack, killing two others.
Satoshi was faster; upon sensing the change of the montum, he crossed the 10ft gap in one step and swiftly killed the Shadow Manipulator.
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 20 Kills]
"Everyone is alright?" Ray asked.
Others nodded, then he continued, "Now it’s ti for a counterattack. Let’s finish this for once and for all."
Then he himself dragged the injured Jack, who was also blasted by Ray’s first attack but only sustained light injuries.
"Where are you taking him?" Paige asked with a guilty expression on her face. She felt that because she wasn’t vigilant enough, which caused them so many points.
Satoshi, however, took the guilt on him. "It was my fault for not thinking of what other teams can do to win the ga. They deliberately sacrificed few points to turn the table on us, while we were still sceptical about our decisions."
"No need to think about the past." Ray took the center path this ti while blasting both right and left paths’ buildings to block both paths.
"Let’s end this."
...
On the other side, the Red team’s plan was simple: Avoid Ray and attack others. However, they didn’t realize that they had been seen through by Ray.
Because of that, he told others to follow him, while he dragged Jack with them, who wanted to yell but Saud stuffed his socks in Jack’s mouth.
As the Red team saw that both the paths were blocked and if they needed to cross them, they had to move through the rubble, they halted their movent with the thought of only one thing.
What if there is an ambush?
They were oblivious to the fact that once they split their team in two, they would fall into Ray’s trap.
Soon as planned.
Ray blocking both the paths, thoughtfully ambushed the path which connected with one of the side paths, and once the three mbers of Team Red crossed that path, all four mbers of the Blue team ambushed them.
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 23 Kills]
"We have been ambushed!" Spear User panicked when he saw the other mbers dying, while he and the Shadow Manipulation user were left on another side.
They decided to return and regroup but, in their path, they t with Ray and his team. "Kill him!" the Spear Guy shouted, but he t with his heart pierced by Satoshi’s Katana.
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 25 Kills]
After this, the Red team didn’t last long and ended up dying once again after a few seconds of respawning.
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 29 Kills]
[Red Team: 21 Kills] [Blue Team: 30 Kills]
Jack and his three friends gritted their teeth in frustration, swearing to take revenge for this humiliation, and their only target was Ray.
If not for Ray and his bizarre weapon, they would have ended this ga long ago with their win and MVP in their hands.
While the other three of the Red team could only sigh with losing heart as they all vanished from the arena.

[Congratulations Player Ray for Becoming the MVP]
...
This ssage was shown to all players of the winning team, showing them the ssage with Ray declaring as MVP.
Seeing this, Jack cursed, "You have ruined our plan, you masked bastard. You don’t know whom you have offended by claiming that MVP for yourself."
Jack had an amusing laugh in the end as he continued to threaten Ray, "They will make it impossible for a guy like you to play this ga again, just you wait when I..." His speech interrupted in the middle when Ray decided to blast his mouth.
However, due to the system’s policy, Jack didn’t receive any damage.
"Consider yourself lucky." Ray glared at him.
