"I'll have to be technical with this. Skills and spells are both awarded by the system and obtainable by learning.
So far I've gotten two skills from the system, that is [Insight] and [cooking], and I've learnt one spell ; 'Healing' and one skill; the unknown swordsmanship from Godfrey.
Given the storyline of Arcane Days, it's possible I encounter so of the items listed, or even learn a spell or skill. Good, that ans I have options, I don't have to buy a skill"
Elias stood up and began pacing around the room, "How to proceed, one million FWP and five Expert-level mages. If I'm going to be fighting Expert-level mages, then I should go with 'that'. Yes that approach should work"

The morning atmosphere was tranquil and gentle, the first light of dawn filtered through the curtains of Elias' room, brightly lighting up the chamber. The faint chirping of birds signaled the start of a new day, but for Elias, the day never started, in fact the previous day had never ended.
Elias sat in the corner of the room, hunched over his study desk, boring his eyes into a leather-bound to, the desk was a ss of books and scribble ridden papers. He was engrossed in his study, oblivious to the fact that he had spent his entire night awake.
He was still in his trance-like state of reading when a loud aggressive knock snapped him out of it. He perked his head up, trying to confirm if he did hear the knock or he misheard, then the knock ca again, this ti louder and accompanied with a gruff voice,
"Are you in there sir?!" The voice asked, carrying a nervous, worried tone?
"Co on in, the door is opened" Elias answered, his voice a rough gravelly whisper like he hadn't spoken for days
The chamber door slowly flung open, and Lillian cautiously walked in, alongside her was a guard, holding a halberd.
"Is everything alright?" Elias asked
'Did the queen report ? Have they co to prosecute ?' Elias wondered
"Ah…yes. I brought the guard to help knock on your door, I was knocking for quite a while but you didn't answer, I thought maybe sothing had happened to you so I called a guard to help" Lillian explained
Elias' eyes trailed down to Lillian's knuckles, they were red from her knocking, "Thank you for the concern, but I am fine"
Elias dismissed the guard, and walked to his study desk, he closed up all the books and papers then stored them in his inventory when Lillian wasn't looking.
"Lock the doors and co here" He commanded
Lillian did as told and nervously walked up to Elias who was leaning on the desk,
"Stretch out your hands" he ordered
He held Lillian's hand in his, and Lillian's face flushed red, he used [Healing] on her red knuckles. Lillian's knuckles imdiately returned to their normal color, she held her hands up in shock for not only were her knuckles healed, but her entire hand felt rejuvenated.
"Next ti, if I don't answer after two knocks, it ans I am busy. So don't hurt yourself again"
"Th…Thank you," She said, avoiding Elias' gaze
"If I may ask, what happened to you? You look…disheveled" She said, eyeing Elias from head to toe.
Elias' eyes were bloodshot, frad by dark circles, his eyelids drooped heavily, and the bags beneath them were puffy and pronounced. His hair, normally neat, now stood in disarray, He was still in nothing but his underwear, too absorbed to care for appearances. As he shuffled forward, his posture slouched and movents sluggish, a yawn escaped his lips.
"Ahh…I was just studying," He said, "Anyways, what are you doing here, by this ti of the night, shouldn't you be asleep?" He asked
"Night? Sir, It's morning already, and the king sent to clean you up and call you for breakfast"
"Morning? Pfft, what do you an morning? It's the middle of the night?"
"No it isn't, look outside" Lillian pointed in the direction of the window, and it was only then Elias noticed that it was morning.
"Shit" he said lazily, 'I ended up studying all night, no wonder I feel like this, like shit'
"Tell the king I'll be there shortly" He instructed
"The king gave strict instructions not to co back to him without you, sir"
"Is that so? Then you'll have to wait till I wash up and get dressed" He said
Lillian nervously looked at Elias, as if she was gathering confidence to say sothing then she finally let it out,
"You look so tired, would you like to wash you, sir" She said, looking directly at Elias, a nigh-innocent expression on her face
'I was planning to cure my fatigue with a Healing spell, but I guess it wouldn't be bad to get washed by a beautiful young lady. Besides, rejecting her after she summoned the courage to ask would be brutal, and who could say no to that sweet innocent face'
"Fine, do as you wish" Elias said,
"Th..Thank you, sir," she said, a slight smile appearing on her face.
Elias followed her to the washroom, and surrendered his body to the rcy of Lillian's soft hands, even though he was naked and being washed by a beautiful lady, Elias decided to just enjoy the relaxing mont…but his mber disagreed with him as it stood fully erect, startling Lillian.
Regardless, Elias exercised so self control and let Lillian do her job.
Elias walked into the dining hall, it was the typical royal hall you would find in any movie with the high vaulted ceilings, frescoes, massive chandeliers, polished marble floors and rich dark wood paneling.
There was a long table that stretched almost to the length of the room, covered with luxurious velvet cloth, embroidered with gold threads. At one end, in a carved gilded chair sat the king wearing his crown.
Beside in him a smaller but equally splendid chair, the queen sat with graceful poise, her tiara sparkled on her coiffed hair, her gown a cascade of silk and lace.
The table itself was filled with an array of sumptuous als, from roasted ga to fresh fruits and elegantly designed pastries.
"Ahh…the brave chosen one finally decided to join us" King Alaric said, as he wiped his mouth clean with a napkin
"I greet King Alaric and the queen Seraphina a good morning. I apologize for coming late, I had a late night" Elias said, bowing his head slightly, glancing at Queen Seraphina briefly, causing her to adjust herself nervously
"Ah, no worries, it happens. I do apologize, for I won't be able to keep you company as you eat. I have pressing matters to tend to. But do not fret, my wife will keep you company, she is a bit of a slow eater" King Alaric said as he stood up to leave
Elias watched as the King walked away, his purple robe swaying as he walked until the king had finally left the hall.
He walked up to the dining table, and took a seat beside the Queen,
"Lovely morning, isnt it" Elias said, flashing the queen a bright smile
