Chapter 47: The Second Stage of Being a Simp
Di Baijun secretly rolled her eyes when she noticed that the jerk was walking toward her.
When Wang Hu saw how Silly Girl didn’t even bother glancing at him, behaved as if she hadn’t realized his presence at all, and concerned herself only with her cultivation; he didn’t bother about these either—he was already used to it.

Wang Hu imdiately laughed inwardly. Now, this was what he wanted to see.
How could he possibly let Silly Girl feel good when she had made him so bumd out?
That didn’t make sense at all.
With a neither-panicky-nor-anxious look on his face, he spoke gently.

As he spoke, so embarrassnt also ca over him inwardly—he had never said such things before.

Her roar was so fierce that even the fur on Wang Hu shook a little. Nearby, Big Treasure and Little Treasure—who were engrossed in watching Cardcaptor Sakura—also jumped a little. Utterly confused, they turned and looked over.
Why was Mommy mad?
Upon noticing that Silly Girl was about to lose control and start attacking him, Wang Hu, who didn’t want to embarrass himself in front of the children, imdiately beca very well-behaved.

“Don’t be mad, Baijun. Perhaps I was wrong to say that, but I really an it. You really have beco prettier.”

Di Baijun also inexplicably breathed a sigh of relief. Then, she glanced around unnaturally again. She couldn’t help but keep feeling like a pair of eyes was watching her, causing her to not even feel like cultivating anymore.

The two little fellows cocked their heads to the side as they stared at Wang Hu with looks of puzzlent and doubt.
Wang Hu didn’t say much, either. Instead, he patted them one by one.

“Alright, go on and watch Cardcaptor Sakura.”
After that, he walked over to a nearby spot and started to cultivate.
The two little fellows leaned over to each other.
