Silas Norwood was unconcerned. "The Norwood family is a pack of wolves, too. It’s good for Cece to be a bit domineering."

"I’m not usually like this. That whole ’let them go bankrupt’ move is a waste of resources, and logically, it was unnecessary." Celia Sterling felt she had to salvage her image. "But that woman bullied you and then implied my identity was fake. If I didn’t settle this new score on top of the old one, it would have been bad for my peace of mind..."

Silas Norwood reached out and ruffled her hair. "You’re Miss Sterling, the wife of the Norwood Family’s chairman. Vengeance is a basic requirent for keeping up appearances."

Celia Sterling humd in agreent, her expression relaxing slightly.

Silas Norwood lowered his gaze, his voice dropping. "But Cece, can you not say things like ’two or three hours’ from now on?"

Celia Sterling fell into a strange silence.

Silas Norwood’s voice sounded again, very serious.

"After all, it hasn’t been verified."

"..."

Celia Sterling cleared her throat, dodging Silas Norwood’s topic and turning to ask a staff mber about sothing else.

"Do you have any highly skilled underwater photographers here?"

Seeing her play deaf, a helpless look flashed in Silas Norwood’s eyes, but he played along and changed the subject.

"Don’t just think about getting beautiful photos. Take the diamonds off your nails so you don’t hurt them while diving. Put protective cream on your exposed skin and wear your diving socks properly, or your feet will swell up and you’ll be crying about it later."

He didn’t actually need to point these things out; the staff was professional and would have attended to every detail. But Silas Norwood’s gaze fell on her sexy, shell-pink toes, and he lost his usual composure.

Just as a staff mber was about to bend down, Silas Norwood said softly, "I’ll do it."

He knelt gently before her, placing her foot in his palm. He lowered his gaze to hide his flustered thoughts, paused for a few seconds, then took the diving socks from the staff mber and personally bent down to put them on for her with great care.

Her tantalizing, shell-pink toes were now hidden inside the thick socks. Silas Norwood stood up, his expression calm, and held out a hand to Celia Sterling.

"Let’s go."

Silas Norwood’s bodyguards had a wide range of skills; seven or eight of them were certified divers and were already in position at the diving spot. In addition, two veteran photographers with professional underwater equipnt and an underwater rescue team were also on standby.

On a deck in the distance, a group of club mbers were leaning against the railing and enjoying the ocean view when they unexpectedly saw Silas Norwood and his entourage preparing to dive.

"Isn’t that the pretty boy who’s sleeping his way to the top?" soone exclaid in surprise. "He’s making such a huge fuss just to go diving, acting like he’s so kind of big shot."

"He’s dirt poor, but he landed a girlfriend from tropia with a super powerful background," another mber remarked quietly. "I heard that just a mont ago, his girlfriend completely wiped out so brand belonging to that Ivy from the Chambers family of Jorvik. That mber, the one from the Chambers family, left imdiately on a speedboat in the middle of the night. Her face was as pale as a ghost when she went."

"No wonder that guy, Norwood, was so indifferent to all those rich won hitting on him at the past few parties. Turns out he was aiming higher, trying to latch onto soone from the Capital Circle." Another mber shook their head, their tone a mixture of envy and disdain. "And he actually succeeded. Now he gets the full VIP treatnt with an entourage just for a simple dive with his girlfriend..."

Eldest Young Master Warren and Second Young Master North were also among the crowd of onlookers.

The two of them had been drawn over by the commotion in the diving area, but their topic of discussion was different from everyone else’s. Before dark, Second Master North had received a notice that one of the best diving spots near the *Qian Guang* had been privately booked by a major figure. He was told to manage the yacht’s guests and prevent them from entering the area.

Second Young Master North had wanted to ask more, but the person on the other end had warned him sternly, "They’re a major figure from the Capital Circle. They’re just here for fun and don’t like to be bothered by social climbers. Don’t make contact, and don’t ask questions."

Second Master North agreed and inford everyone on the ship that diving was prohibited for the night. He also happened to ntion it to his cousin, Eldest Young Master Warren.

Eldest Young Master Warren had been searching for Rivermoon for two days with no luck. He had even tagged them countless tis in their WeChat group to no response and was becoming a bit obsessed. Hearing this, he spoke reflexively.

"Could it be Rivermoon?"

Second Young Master North was also eager to et this legendary figure, who was well-known in the luxury cruise world. He joined his cousin on deck, waiting for the VIP to make an appearance. After several hours, however, the ones they saw were Celia Sterling and Silas Norwood.

Eldest Young Master Warren couldn’t hide his disappointnt. "So it’s just that young miss who stole my agarwood, showing her boy toy around..."

Celia Sterling had no idea that her rival was already spinning scandalous tales about her, a rich heiress keeping a pretty boy.

She and Silas Norwood dived for nearly half an hour. After getting out of the sea, they underwent professional post-dive care, and by the ti they returned to their suite, it was already one in the morning.

"Who’s showering first?" Silas Norwood asked, opening the closet door. It was a single, large walk-in closet where their clothes hung, each occupying half the space. The division was clear, yet at the border, his and her bathrobes were pressed snugly together.

"You first. I’m going to look at the photos from the photographer," Celia Sterling said, sitting on the sofa and scrolling through the pictures that had been copied for her. There were dozens of solo portraits and shots of them together, all professionally taken, vividly capturing the magnificent beauty of the world beneath the waves.

Seeing how engrossed she was in the photos, Silas Norwood casually grabbed his bathrobe, the one hanging right next to hers, and headed into the bathroom.

Over half an hour later, Silas Norwood ca out of the bathroom in his robe to find Celia Sterling slumped on the sofa. The phone in her hand was still open to the photo gallery, and she was starting to get drowsy.

"Go take a shower." Silas Norwood gently pinched her cheek. "You’ve still got the strong, salty sll of the sea on you, plus all the residue from the water. It’ll be uncomfortable to lie here like this."

Celia Sterling humd in agreent and casually handed him her phone.

"These diving photos turned out great. Pick so that you like and forward them to yourself from my phone."

Drowsily, she grabbed her clothes and headed for the bathroom.

It wasn’t the first ti Silas Norwood had used her phone. He selected quite a few of her solo pictures and their photos together, opened her chat with him, and sent the photos to himself one by one.

Before the transfer was complete, a video call popped up. Silas Norwood’s eyes lingered on the caller’s profile picture for a mont before he answered.

"She’s in the shower."

On the other end, Kian Sterling’s face was wreathed in smoke. He didn’t ask why Silas Norwood had her phone, simply humming in acknowledgnt.

"The photos aren’t bad."

Silas Norwood had already seen the beautiful photos Celia Sterling had sent to Kian Sterling in the chat a few minutes earlier, as well as a few candid shots Kian had sent in return and their brief exchange.

Cece: [These are prettier than the ones from when I went diving with my brother last ti.]

Kade: [The photographer deserves a bonus.]

Cece: [You’re still up, brother? What are you working on?]

A freshly taken selfie from a study appeared on the screen. Kian Sterling didn’t show his full face in the picture; only his thin, sexy lips and elegant, charming jawline were visible. He seed to have just showered and was wearing a starry-blue bathrobe while reviewing so project files. Next to the docunts, a golden coffee cup held only the last dregs of its contents.

Silas Norwood’s gaze swept over the chat history and landed on the project files in the photo.

"So, Kade, are you planning on having an all-nighter with to discuss these projects?"
