Chapter 38: Chaos in the city [4]
"Wow! Leon how much power did you use in that attack," Erik asked in surprise. Witnessing the powerful attack Leon.
Leon let out a small laugh. "I used a little bit of just to welco."
'That was just to welco?' Erik couldn't have been more surprised. One powerful attack, just to welco? Then how would it be if he used all his power? Erik couldn't help but imagine Leon using his full power, how much damage could he cause?
"Well, now what do we do, do we attack, or do we wait for it to co to us?" asked Erik. It was his first ti doing sothing like this and he had no idea what to do, to attack or not to attack. He had no idea what he was supposed to do.
"Let's wait for it to co..."
"LION BE DAMNED!"
Leon couldn't finish answering when the loud hate-filled scream of Alexander, who had half of his face burned, and his eyes bloodshot, was heard. It seems that Leon's welcoming attack hurt him quite badly.
A big smile began to form on Leon's lips as he looked at the state Alexander was in after receiving his little attack.
Alexander's face distorted in pure rage. If he hadn't managed to protect himself in ti, there would most likely be so limbs.
"Damn it!" Alexander let out a curse, as his expression crumpled even more. This attack had done a lot of damage to the guild mbers inside the building. He could feel that several had died because they were unprepared for this attack.
Taking a deep breath, Alexander shouted in fury, "Listen everyone! Co out and finish those bastards! Whoever doesn't, will die at my hands!"
Erik, Leon, Violet, Adrian, and Irine began to hear footsteps, getting louder and closer. Slowly, they could make out fully ard hunters running towards them with determination in their eyes.
Leon cracked his knuckles, preparing for the impending battle. The others also stood on guard, ready for the confrontation that was about to begin.
Erik was fully prepared. He decided not to use his End Energy, as he thought doing so might complicate things.
"HAAAAA!"
"Well, ti to have so fun," said Leon dodging an attack.
The fight started after so of the Luminis guild mbers attacked.
Ba-gahk!
"Kuh-huhk!"
"Kugh!"
"Huek!"
The hunters had charged towards Leon to give him at least a scratch, but he had flown away lifeless with a single hit. This developnt frightened everyone. In the next instant, Leon disappeared from where he was.
"Aaaahh!!!"
"Shit run... Aaahhh!"
Screams began to ring out all over the place, as blood began to paint the air and the ground. Leon was wreaking havoc with all these hunters, with an amused grin on his face, killing hunters like ants.
"Looks like our leader is having fun."
"Well, that's to be expected, it's not every day there are fights like this."
"So, we started it too!"
Adrian and Irine ran towards the bewildered hunters. Seeing how they were all dying at the hands of Leon who hadn't even voted a drop of sweat after killing more than ten of his companions just using his fists.
"Uh? What's that..."
"It looks like drops..."
"And why are there drops... but it doesn't look like rain."
The hunters of the Luminis guild, were very confused when it started in the middle of the battle water drops started to appear, but they were not falling. They began to get a bad feeling about this, but before they could do anything...
"Kuh-huhk!"
"Kugh!"
"Huek!"
"Shit why do we have to...!"
Cries of pain began to echo through the air. As the water droplets began to attack at a speed three tis faster than a bullet creating small explosions, piercing the heads of all hunters.
Lion who was about to break a hunter's neck. When he felt the familiar energy he looked back, he saw that Adrian and Irine had also started attacking the Luminis guild mbers. 'So they're having fun too...'
"Please... don't kill yet I don't want to..."

Leon snapped the hunter's neck without him being able to finish his plea and threw the lifeless body to the ground, he looked up where Alexander was. Leon was already starting to get bored after killing so many C and B-rank hunters.
"Hmm... Violet, what do we do, do we join them or stay put?" asked Erik, looking at Violet. He didn't know what to do, as Leon, Adrian, and Irine were finishing off the enemies like a piece of cake.
'It seems that Leon's subordinates are quite strong,' thought Erik.
"No, don't do anything, just stand still. If you join in, you'll just be a burden," Alan said, watching his comrades beat down the enemies.
"And why didn't you join them?" asked Erik.
"Because there is no need for to join them," replied Alan.
Erik narrowed his eyes, he felt that wasn't the reason why he didn't join the battle, could it be that he was afraid?
Erik shook his head trying to get the thought out of his head. He didn't think so of the people following Leon were afraid.

Alexander who was watching his guild mbers die at the hands of Leon and his subordinates, as if it was a piece of cake.
"Damn! I didn't expect them to be so powerful, and Leon hasn't even used his magic power!"
He had completely underestimated Leon. He thought that if he attacked in quantity he could at least leave him badly wounded so he could deal him the final blow. If he was using his guild mbers as pipe fodder so that he could weaken Leon, it was his strategy, though it now seed insufficient.
"Shadows appear" Alexander spoke and five people appeared at his side.
- My sir called us.
"That's right, I have summoned you to carry out a coordinated attack," replied Alexander.
- But, my lord, if we do so, the guild mbers will also perish due to the magnitude of the attack.
"Are you contradicting my words?"

"Then, do as I command, don't make dish it out!" said Alexander neutrally, as he began to unleash all of his magical power.
The five people also unleash their magical abilities. The environnt began to distort due to the magical power, the pieces of debris defied gravity, as did their hair.
But gradually, space returned to its normal state, as the magical power concentrated in front of Alexander.
Leon, sensing the imnse concentration of magical power on the rooftop of the building, smiled.
"This is what I've been waiting for. I was getting bored already," he exclaid.
And everyone present began to feel an overwhelming concentration of magical energy on the rooftop of the Luminis guild building, which made the expressions of the guild mbers beco even more somber.
Adrian and Irine positioned themselves in front of Erik and Violet. Irine created a do of water to shield herself from an impending attack.
Alexander's expression turned grave as he sensed the imnse buildup of magical energy right in front of him. He stretched his arms forward and his hands began to move. The magical power began to spin rapidly and beca more and more compressed.
Once the magical power was completely compressed, Alexander activated his ability, and all that energy turned into a sphere of black energy, the size of a tennis ball, spinning at high speed.
Alexander pointed the black energy sphere towards Leon with a big smile on his face waiting for him to launch his attack. Taking a deep breath Alexander shouted: "[Abyssal Sphere]"
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The black energy sphere shot out with great speed creating explosions consecutively, while its size was increasing destroying nearby buildings.
"Run, or we will die..."
The guild mbers were about to start running for their lives, but it was too late....
BOOOOOOOOMMM!!!
A huge explosion shook the entire city. Scaring and alerting all the monsters that were feasting on the people who didn't manage to hide or get to the guild building.
"Gasp...gasp...gasp...gasp..... I don't think he ca out of that attack unscathed, no matter how powerful he is it's impossible for him to remain untouched" said Alexander between groans he had used all his magical power and that of his five subordinates.
All that power was equivalent to the attack of a boss monster of rank A. That's why he believed that Leon would not co out unscathed to its powerful attack, there was no one in this world that could resist that attack.
Well, so he believed, and he couldn't have been more wrong with that thought.
As the dense cloud of dust that had arisen due to the attack slowly dissipated, the first thing that was revealed was a huge crater, where if you looked closely you could see so limbs, such as arms, legs, so heads.
Alexander when visualizing those limbs, a big smile drawn on his face, he couldn't stand to let out a loud laugh, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Not even the strongest hunter would survive that!"
Alexander was now very happy. Not only had he given his beloved son an attribute, but he had also managed to kill the strongest hunter!
But, he still lacked sothing to be completely satisfied...
"Alone, I need to find the hunters who killed my beloved son."
The dense cloud of dust dissipated completely revealing, and with this Alexander's big smile was completely wiped away...
In the middle of the deep crater was Leon with his shirt off, but completely unhard, his body covered in silver lightning.
