Anton’s mind rotted for several hours that night, watching entertaining short codic videos from the most famous short video platform on Earth. After those wasted hours, he ate dinner again and slept, behaving like a fat otaku without a job, but after a couple of hours, he woke up again. Thanking the Pearl of the Ocean for feeling like he had rotted on his bed for twenty-four hours instead of just two hours, he checked the ti, and it was only one in the morning.
Since he felt energetic, Anton decided to continue conquering the 30th floor of the Corridor of Amuneta. He stored everything in his inventory and dismissed all of his summons except for a couple of Spirit Wolves for trap triggering and a raven for scouting.
After completing a fairly easy puzzle, of course, it was easy since he had the collective wit of Earth's netizens. The room after the puzzle was a large one. Anton saw through the eyes of his raven that there were a bunch of sarcophagi. A quick count showed him that there were six stone coffins, three on each side, but there was an altar that could be a coffin as well.
Anton wondered if the monsters were mummies again. The mummies that he fought before did not co inside coffins, but were just standing in that chamber. He just shrugged and entered the room. He rolled his eyes again when the door automatically closed dramatically behind him.
All of the coffins' lids started opening, and from the insides, a bunch of n and won wearing costus that looked like those ancient Egyptian nobles wore, which he had seen in movies. The n and won, including the one who ca inside the altar looking coffin, were gorgeous. Their bodies, which were covered by very little clothing, were perfect.
Based on the red glowing eyes of the n and won from the coffins, Anton knew that they were vampires.
“Ooh, Egyptian vampires,” Anton loudly comnted, not expecting the monsters to answer him but to attack him imdiately.
To his surprise, the man or vampire that ca out of the coffin, which looked like an altar, spoke.
“We’re not from that place that you’ve said. We’re proud citizens of the Empire of the Sand, the glorious Fezuda. I’m Prince Azuali of the Fezuda Empire. Why are you not kneeling before ?”
“I haven’t heard of any Fezuda Empire, although I’m new to this continent, so I haven’t heard a lot of places that can be found here. Do you know that you’re inside a dungeon? Do you respawn once adventurers kill you?”
“I’m not in a dungeon! As you can see, I am in my throne room in the castle of my father at the heart of the empire! You lowly scum! Kill this interloper!”
Anton felt a little pissed at the bratty expression of the vampire prince. Contrary to expectation, the prince’s minions did not imdiately attack him. The n gathered at the front while the won stayed a few feet behind the n. The n were probably the warriors, and the won were the support. He wasn’t even sure that these creatures were vampires, since even though their eyes had the characteristics of the vampires that he had seen in the past, they were not snarling or showing savage faces.
The n started smiling, though, and Anton saw their fangs. That confird it. These creatures were vampires. Anton cast a Frozen Orb spell at the six vampires. The magnificent glowing white ball of frozen water sped up to the vampires who gathered to the side of the so-called prince. The glowing ball exploded in hundreds of Ice bolts, and the six vampires were chilled and slowed down.
Anton then followed the Frozen Orb spell with the Blizzard spell. Shards of ice and balls of frozen cot rained down towards the vampires. The three won cast so sort of shield spell. Although the six were hit by the Frozen Orb spell, the shield that the won cast was built like an umbrella, shielding them from the ice that ca from above.
The vampire who called himself a prince didn’t do anything and just stood there watching his minions fight with Anton. He cast Hurricane and bombarded the area with Hydra. The three male vampires started rushing towards him, but because they were slowed down by the initial Frozen Orb and the Hurricane spell, it was taking a while for them to reach Anton.
He was wary of spell casters, so he ignored the lee vampires and wanted to concentrate on the three won who were spell casters. When the three male vampires were about to reach Anton, he teleported to the side near the female vampires and cast Frozen Orb at them, followed by the Chain Lightning spell. The blinding lightning hit one of the female vampires and arced to the next two, causing the three to stagger.
Anton then summoned three dire wolves to confront the three male vampires and continued casting spells towards the three female vampires. One of the females blocked his Frozen Orb with her body while the other two started casting a long spell that they managed to complete.
Ten wooden coffins appeared from the ground, and from those coffins, vampires ca out. Based on the expressions on the new vampires, they were probably low-level vampires.
In Anton’s opinion, it was a mistake to confront him with low-level minions because his specialty was powerful area-of-effect spells. He didn’t stop casting Frozen Orb, Blizzard, Chain Lightning, and Hurricane. Before the low-level vampires could even attack, they were destroyed by Anton’s spells.
He then relentlessly didn’t stop casting spells at the three female vampires, and soon the three died. The male vampires, who were still being confronted by the Dire Wolves, beca enraged when the three female vampires died and beca more ferocious, but Anton’s summons were powerful.
The vampire prince beca angry as well, though, and started casting spells. Anton readied himself to evade whatever spell the prince would cast towards him, but it appeared that the spell was so sort of buff that it bestowed on the three male vampires.
Anton didn’t care and started casting Frozen Orb, Blizzard, and Chain Lightning towards the lee vampires. He added so Hydra to confuse the vampires. He didn’t care that the Dire Wolves were being damaged by his spell, since if they fell, he would just summon them again if he needed to.
The vampire who called himself a prince beca enraged when he saw that his remaining minions were about to be destroyed. It flew and cast a healing spell towards the three vampires. That action caused Anton to decide to target the prince first. He dispelled the three damage dire wolves and summoned five Dire Wolves and five Spirit Wolves to attack the three lee vampires.
Anton then teleported near the vampire prince and started attacking it relentlessly with his spells. The need for the vampire prince to utter incantations made the spell battle between him and the vampire one-sided. Anton could cast spells one after another as fast as he could gesture, and that ant that the prince was severely outclassed.
The prince beca frustrated and stupidly restored to trying to reach Anton to engage him in a lee fight. Because of Anton’s cold spells, the prince’s movents were slowed, so he couldn’t even move as fast as a high-ranking vampire could. Not only that, Anton just teleported a few ters away and continued casting spells at the prince.
Soon, the vampire prince fell. Anton turned his attention to the three male vampires, and surprisingly, his ten wolves killed the vampires. Anton kept underestimating his summons. He then thought that focusing solely on elental spell casting in his battles was a mistake. He decided that on his next battle, he would use all of the skills that he had to hasten the demise of the monsters.
