Another week had passed, and only a month remained before Anton’s eighteenth birthday. He discovered that his family was planning to do sothing colossal to celebrate his birthdate, and they knew that he knew since it was impossible to hide the preparations.

Anton found it funny that everyone was pretending that he didn’t know and he was pretending that he hadn’t discovered the preparations that everyone had been busy with. He didn’t even tell Torun, Blake, Alia, Soren, or his gang. He knew that his father would invite them since he had been very close to them the last few days.

During that week that had passed, Anton learned a lot from his teachers in his magic classes so he was still very appreciative of the ship’s mages who planned these activities for newbie wizards. The mages did earn a lot of coins from the students because the charge for the classes were astronomical but given the fact that high-level mages had several sources of inco, that ant that the classes were truly for the benefit of the new mages.

Anton and his classmates did find a new low-key place where they could eat and it was within his classmates' budget. It was so sort of café and that ant that they could only eat finger foods like sandwiches and pastries but that was enough for them since everyone felt that the most important thing about lunchti was their talks and expanding their relationship with each other. Everyone knew that it was important for them to create connections especially his classmates who thought that they were lucky to form a connection with a young archmage.

Anton didn’t mind forming a connection with his classmates even though in truth, they were not very important. It wasn’t his goal to form connections with important people because if he wanted to, his abilities would allow him to do so with the Supre Mages. He just wanted to have a cordial relationship with his classmates.

The good thing about his magic classes was there were only six of them and with such a low number of people, any miscommunication could be resolved as soon as it happened. The magic teachers also didn’t show any form of favoritism. They taught important things and it’s up to the students to learn them.

Regarding his Barbarian character, Anton was happy that he leveled it up to level eighty-three. Soon he would reach the Barbarian’s maximum level and then he would concentrate on hunting for the said character's “best in slots” gears.

Anton did feel the benefits that his Barbarian gave to him. He was now as physically powerful as a warrior in real life but the downside was, that the physical prowess ford a partnership with his soon-to-be eighteen years old hormones.

Because of that, he had been surreptitiously looking at girls a lot and he had to lock his bedroom door. He even had to search for a magic tool from the magic bazaar that would allow him to do so. Anton did it because he had started watching so “action” films at night and his new girlfriend, which was his left hand, had been very busy entertaining him.

He even thought of joining Devon and Frederick on their weekly outing to the red light district and knew that his father would not stop him since he was already eighteen years old in a month but he was embarrassed to do so since he kept saying that his main goal in life right now was to increase his power and his focus was in his magic.

The unexpected combination of the Barbarian’s physical stats that was reflected in his physical body in real life and his hormones caught Anton off guard but the situation was training his will because he was trying hard not to make a fool of himself. He didn’t want this phase to have an embarrassing mory that would make his father or Anna tease him for the rest of his life.

At least, his outings with his friends Torun, Blake, Andrea, Soren, and his gang kept him balanced since they kept doing shenanigans that bordered on vandalism. One ti, he brought his friends flying with him using Telekinesis to fly with flying fishes which alard the ship’s mages since teenagers suddenly flying beside the ship, although entertaining, was disruptive.

Anton had to give out an enchanted item to placate the ship’s mages even though in his opinion, what they did wasn’t that troubleso. His father did reprimand him but Antonia inford him that the ship’s higher-ups just laughed it off realizing that Anton was just truly a teenager.

He was having fun acting out because before he transmigrated, he was only twenty-three years old and because he had been busy working, he had never experienced being a teenager.

That little episode didn’t stop him and his friends. The next thing they did was form a band and good thing that most of his friends knew how to play instrunts a little but they had to practice. Alia was assigned to play the cymbals, Torun and Blake were going to play the lute but Anton planned to cheat by playing so recorded band using his Globe of Browser Sharing that he’s going to hide from their soon-to-be audience. All those activities ant that instead of his initial plan of going out with his friends once or twice a week, which was supposed to be during the weekends, he was now with them almost every day.

Their band was recently ford and their practice had been just for a couple of days but Anton’s room had been converted temporarily into so sort of studio with a silent rune placed on the door to avoid disturbing the mages. He could convert it back to his bedroom by just placing the bed and table from his inventory in their original place.

For the last three days, they practiced during the mornings and they stopped in the afternoons so everyone could return ho to help with their families with whatever they needed to help with and Anton returned to leveling up his characters, practicing his spells, and creating enchanted items.

Anton and his friends were not truly serious about the band and were just having fun so their practice sessions were mostly filled with bragging, telling each other amusing stories, and laughter. Anton felt that he was living in one of those teen flicks and he was milking the experience for all his worth.

Anders noticed his happiness because, during last night's dinner, his father ntioned that he was visibly smiling these recent days. Anton admitted to his father that his experiences during the last few weeks were fun and gave advised to everyone that they should copy him and live their lives to the fullest because they never knew what would happen in the future.

The next film that the cinema was going to show was sothing Anton’s family had not seen yet but he had watched it before and he liked it. It was Drew Barrymore’s Cinderella film Ever After. It was a romantic film since they all planned that the list of movies would be different thes every two weeks like action, then romance, then adventure next, then horror, and then more.

They wanted the audience to experience a variety of movies because the family knew that the passengers would be the best advertisers once they reached the new continent.

One happy thing that happened was Frederick reached level three and that caused the family to have an impromptu party. Frederick was obviously very happy and admitted to Anton that he thought it would take decades for him to increase in rank but not yet a year had passed and he went from rank one to rank three.

Frederick’s success motivated all the mages in the family and Anton overheard them planning to increase their practice ti. It was all good in Anton’s opinion because even though he knew that his depressing thought of humanity being suppressed into living in so sort of last bastion would probably not co true, it wasn’t wrong to be prepared.
