In this resource point, there are actually not that many Senior Beasts. The reason why the human mages were unable to wipe out the magic beasts was because of the countless Junior beasts.
Granted, the Junior beasts have limited strength, and Senior Mages can easily kill them; sotis, quantity can create qualitative changes!
It would take a very long ti for the Senior Mages to kill all of these Junior magic beasts, and while they do that, the Senior beasts wouldn't stand idly.

With Rezen's relentless effort, the number of Junior Beasts starts to dwindle. Even just waving his hand and throwing the modified Ghost Berries in the air has beco tiring after doing it an uncountable number of tis.
Still, he has no choice but to continue. Fortunately, he doesn't need to care about defense. Elder Priss, along with the other mages in the camp, was standing guard and ensuring that none of the magic beasts would be able to approach him close enough to harm him.
In the end, after an entire day of fighting, all that was left on the battlefield were the dead carcasses of the magic beasts forming large mounds.
Nothing can be sniffed in the air aside from the scent of blood. As far as the eyes could see, it was red.
With such a large number of dead magic beasts, even cleaning the corpses would take a considerable amount of ti, but it still has to be done.
If they just leave the corpses here, they would rot, and an epidemic might even spread.

Elder Priss made a major contribution to today's victory as most of the Senior Beasts fell at her hands, but the even more impressive one was Rezen.
He was able to remove the magic beasts' advantage in numbers, that were giving them a headache.
One skull, one magic beast would beco their allies. Such formidable ability! They had never seen soone do what Rezen did today!
"These corrupted magic beasts would exist for months, and they would only completely die if I don't feed them the special grass," Rezen said to Elder Priss while taking out a few blades of black grass from his farm.
"We can continue using them to fight our battles and lessen our casualties" he continued.
The magic beasts have always had the advantage when it cos to numbers. But now, with his modified Ghost Berries, the number advantage could instead slowly tilt to the human's side.
After finishing so arrangents for the corrupted magic beasts, Rezen and Elder Priss didn't stay long, and they rode on their flying sticks once more.

"Haaaa... finally, the peak of the Junior Rank. After a little bit more accumulation, I could enter the Teramis Cultivation Pool and attempt to reach the Senior Rank"
After just a few months, Rezen progressed fast and reached the ninth cycle of the Junior Rank, technically putting him at the peak of the Junior Rank.

If a Junior Mage is an ant in this world, Senior Mages, on the other hand, are wild beasts. While they are not at the top of the food chain, they were almost there already!

The modified Ghost Berries, only he can create thanks to his 'Innate Magic', have brought endless relief and help to humanity.
Rezen does not need to personally use the Ghost Berries. As spirit plants grown on his farm, as long as the berries corrupted a magic beast, they would be at his command regardless of who used the berry.
As such, he can simply supply the berries to the mages and let them do the work for him. In the past few months, aside from constantly planting the modified Ghost Berries and the Dark Vismian Grass to supply to the mages, all of Rezen's ti was used to cultivate.

"Once the Guardian is not busy anymore, he would definitely et and reward you for your continius contribution to humanity!" Yet another one servant said.
When talking about the Guardian, she was extrely reverent and for a reason. It was only because of the Guardian that humans were able to create a city and carve a place for thenselves.
The Guardian was the light of hope of humanity in this realm. There are few people that doesn't admire him.
"I'm simply doing my duty," Rezen replied with a chuckle, yet he was actually also anticipating ehat reward the Guardian will give him.
Even now that it has been three months since Rezen started living inside the core walls, he has never t the Guardian personally.
While he didn't grow up in this realm and was not as reverent to the Guardian as most people, he still admired that mage and respected him.
After all, despite the fact that he never t the Guardian personally, he indirectly received a huge help from him.
