On the way to her apartnt, Su Wan looked at the ssages that those n had left her. Three out of five of them had used the words “pretty lady”. Su Wan instantly had goosebumps all over her body, and she was sowhat unable to accept it.
The words “pretty lady” now seed to not just praise her looks. It also contained other anings: ridicule, praise, flattery, sucking-up… As long as you wanted to, you could use different tones to express it.
She was getting less and less fond of this word, maybe even disgusted.
