Earlier, Edward had called one of the tech people who found out about Viper Jones and how he was connected to the club, Midnight Mirage, and ordered them to bring over a tracking device as fast as possible. They were done playing around and they needed to take actions more seriously.
"I thought he would notice the little tracker at the back of the phone or probably suspect it when I touched his phone," Felix comnted with a smirk. "Even the police nor Mr Brown noticed that," he added.
"Well that’s because you are very talented," Daniel praised his big brother and placed a hand on his shoulder.
Quickly, they drove to the mansion and not the hospital so that they could connect the tracker to their computer.

Adrian called for a taxi imdiately and arrived a few blocks away from the main hideout. Getting down, he walked towards the hideout but then he saw so cars coming out from the direction the hideout was. Squinting his eyes tightly, he recognized most of the n and could only wonder where they were heading.
Before they could pass him, he stood in front of the road and stopped them.
"Where are all of you heading to?" He asked them.
Mamba, who was leading the other n, stepped down from the car and sized Adrian up before he questioned back.
"Weren’t you in jail just a mont ago? Did they let you go or did you escape by yourself?"
"I didn’t escape," Adrian hissed. "Those people let go. It was quite surprising," he chuckled at the end of his sentence before he continued. "But anyways, I’m here now. So where were you heading to?" He repeated.
Mamba stared at Adrian for a few seconds and could only wonder if the latter was telling the truth or didn’t want to say that he escaped but he didn’t believe him. But since Adrian was here and no chances of him revealing all he’d said were open, he decided to not ask anything anymore and just reply.
"Boss asked us to break you out of jail."
"Viper asked you to do that?" He asked in shock. "What a caring boss we have," he added with a smile. "Well you have nothing to do now so let’s go back." He got inside the car and they drove back to the hideout.
Adrian directly walked towards the Viper office imdiately after he got out of the car. "Being locked up for two days suddenly makes miss everything here," he thought out loud.

In a dimly lit room, a man stood at the center with a look of unfamiliarity, wondering how he got to this place. Turning around to look for an exit, he searched every corner but he ended up coming back to the sa place he stood earlier.
"I’m walking around in circles," the man mumbled under his breath. Not wanting to give up, he continued to walk again, this ti in the opposite direction, hoping he could get out of this place that held nothing but darkness.
As he was about to take another step further into the dark room, he heard his na being called by a very familiar voice. The voice that he’d missed for a very long ti.
Viper stiffened, wanting to turn so that he could see the person who called him just a mont ago but was afraid he was hallucinating, just as he had always done.
"Viper."
He heard the voice again, this ti coming out like a whisper, so close to his ears that it awakened the goosebumps that ford on his skin.
Hesitatingly, Viper managed to turn to face this person and as soon as he made eye contact with the person, he dropped to his knees, and tears he didn’t know where they ca from started to flow from his eyes, creating a transparent pond on the floor.
"Emma!" He called her na with his head lowered on the ground, refusing to see her even though he desperately wanted to touch her face, feel her smooth skin, and hug her as tight as possible, almost joining her with him so that when he wakes up from her this nightmare, he will know that he brought her along with him.
Before him stood a woman who wore a white garnt that made her look so pure. Her black eyes stared at Viper as she wore a sad smile on her face. Beside her were two boys who also wore white garnts. Their faces were completely identical while their chubby cheeks made them look so cute as they stretched their hands for their father to co carry them as they called for him.
"Daddy," the twins called in unison with hands stretched out towards him.
As soon as Viper heard their calls, he raised his head to stare at his sons who smiled so brightly at him.
"Daddy, why are you crying?" One of the little bundles of joy asked Viper with a confused look. The other boy walked towards Viper, reached for his face with his small hands, and wiped his tears away from his face.
"You shouldn’t cry too much Daddy, we are here now," he said.
Unable to resist the urge to not gather them in his arms and hold them close to him, he pulled his two sons towards him and squeezed them close to him while they giggled in his ears.
When he was done hugging them to his fill, he stood up and looked at his wife who had been waiting patiently for him, and without any warning, he hugged her as tight as he could as he buried his head in her shoulder and cried his eyes out.
Emma simply patted his back and humd a song to relax his muscles. The two little boys ran towards them with their short limbs and hugged their parents’ legs.
Viper released Emma so that he could stare at her face for a little longer before he woke up from this dream.
"I missed you so much," he said to her as he tried to sniff back his tears.
"I missed you too," Emma replied.
Though unable to believe this was happening, Viper didn’t want to let a single mont pass where he wouldn’t enjoy the presence of his late wife and kids.
Suddenly, he felt himself drifting away from them all. When he looked around, he found his wife and kids so far away from him, making him wonder how they got that far away from him.
Finally, he noticed sothing different. The dark room wasn’t dark anymore. The whole place was completely lit up with bright light that nearly blinded the eyes.
"Emma!" He called but Emma didn’t reply, and neither did his kids. Feeling sothing strange, he ran towards them but imdiately paused when he saw a dark shadow from behind them.
He stared at Emma and noticed that she was crying and so were his sons.
"Emma," he called again while taking careful steps towards them. Sothing was going to repeat itself and he didn’t want that to happen.
Watching his family cry only made his dried eyes water so more.
"Emma, please co to ," he pleaded but neither his late wife nor his kids moved from their spot. "Please co to ," he pleaded again.
Suddenly, a dagger erged out of nowhere, and intended to stab his wife but he heard her sound that drifted him from his bloody nightmare.
"Boss," Adrian called for the nth ti before Viper jolted back to reality. "Boss! Did you miss ?!" Adrian exclaid out loud like an idiot and Viper could only glare hard at him while he tried to normalize his breathing. Raising his hands to his face, he wiped his forehead which glistened with sweat. When he was done, he stared back at Adrian who was waiting for a reply from him.
"When did you co back?" He asked Adrian as he checked the ti.
"Just a while ago. I’ve been calling you but you seem to be asleep," Adrian replied.
"Hmm...." Viper humd. "By the way, how did you get back so early? The n only left a while ago but you are already back?" He asked.
Adrian explained everything to Viper starting from how the bribed police had confessed and even though Viper already knew about that info, he decided to stay silent and listen until Adrian finished with his story.
"Isn’t that amazing?!" Adrian exclaid happily with a wide smile. "Finally, those people won’t be butting in my business anymore and will leave . I wonder who was that business rival who they thought was the one who kidnapped Erika though," he wondered and he shrugged nonchalantly, "Who cares? I’m free now."
Viper stared at Adrian as he analyzed all that the latter had just told him.
"Did you just say that they released you out of prison and even apologized?" He asked Adrian and the latter responded with a deep nod of the head.
