Cao Shiyu was already a cautionary tale. What’s more, Du Qingyu’s tactics were superior to Cao Shiyu’s. If Cao Shiyu could cause a stir, then Du Qingyu was that much more formidable.
“Don’t worry, I won’t let her succeed. My body and heart are yours!” Ye Qilan smiled gently at Su Hongxing.
Qiao Qiao, listening on the side, rolled her eyes. Ye Qilan really was two-faced, pretending so much outside, yet in front of Su Hongxing, he turned into a loyal dog, spouting love words effortlessly.
Su Hongxing felt embarrassed under Ye Qilan’s straightforward gaze. She lightly coughed and said in a low voice, “Don’t take it too lightly. Du Qingyu is not easy to deal with, you have to be careful.”
“If you’re not assured, co with to and from work in the future. If I’m with you all the ti, she won’t have the chance to make a move, don’t you think?” Ye Qilan said, not holding out much hope.
After all, he had suggested this more than once, and Su Hongxing had refused him every ti.
Who knew this ti Su Hongxing didn’t refuse outright but instead, spoke thoughtfully: “Let think about it.”

She quickly grabbed Ye Qilan’s phone, swiped open the ssage, and saw that the sender was Du Qingyu, with a simple line: “Qilan, there’s sothing I’ve never told you, all these years, I haven’t been able to forget you.”
Ye Qilan noticed Su Hongxing’s odd expression, and when he leaned in for a look, he furrowed his brows: “Du Qingyu is crazy!”
“You must be pleased, though. She’s so devoted, confessing her love to you,” Su Hongxing said jealously, imdiately deleting the annoying ssage.
Ye Qilan replied calmly, “I just find it annoying. I’ve seen plenty of won like this, shaless!”
What was said unintentionally, was heard differently, and Su Hongxing beca a bit upset: “I know you’re popular with won, but is there a need to show off in front of ?”
“Honey, I wasn’t showing off…” Ye Qilan hurriedly explained.
But Su Hongxing ignored him and turned to leave.
Ye Qilan watched Su Hongxing’s retreating figure helplessly, “Honey, can’t you not be so petty? Du Qingyu sent the ssage, it’s not like I asked her to. Do you really need to—”
“Ye Qilan, stop talking, can’t you see she’s angry?” Qiao Qiao shook her head, thinking Ye Qilan was adding fuel to the fire.
Su Hongxing was obviously jealous, and Ye Qilan kept ntioning Du Qingyu’s na, how clueless!
