He got out of the car and walked up to the box, wondering which unscrupulous person had left it at his doorstep.
He was about to have soone toss the box, but then he heard a noise from inside.
He thought he had heard wrong at first, but listening closely, he indeed heard movent inside.
He couldn’t be careless, got back into the car to hold the child in his arms, and then called for the servants.
“What are you standing there for? Open the box!” Fu Yan commanded, kicking the box as he spoke.
After his kick, the noise from within grew louder.
The servants were a bit scared and hesitated to co forward until Fu Yan threatened to fire them if they didn’t open the box.
To save their jobs, the servants awkwardly opened the box.
