Su Hongxing was taken aback when she realized the room was filled solely with n.
She had thought there would be won as ornants, even if they were just wallflowers.
Everyone was looking at her, so n’s eyes lit up, captivated by Su Hongxing’s slender and beautiful face.
Su Hongxing wished she could slap herself.
In her concern, she had rushed over impulsively upon hearing that soone wanted to drug him. It was clearly just a normal dinner gathering, not a single woman present; where had those two won in the restroom co from?
Su Hongxing felt a desire to leave. Just as she was about to do so, Ding Ye spoke up, “Is there a problem?”
Embarrassed, she forced a smile and replied, “No problem, I walked into the wrong room, carry on.”
She quickly left the private room, asking Luo, the assistant, “Why were you standing by the door?”
Luo, the assistant, looked innocent, “Our Mr. Ding asked to stand here, is there a problem?”
Previously, Luo had not understood why Ding Ye had asked him to stand by the door, but now he knew, it was to intercept Su Hongxing. Unfortunately, his execution was lacking, and he couldn’t stop her.
Su Hongxing sighed lightly, “It’s fine. By the way, Luo, as his assistant, you’re responsible for protecting his safety. Many won have their eyes on his charm, stay vigilant.”
Luo snorted coldly. Indeed, many won coveted Ding Ye’s charm, wasn’t Su Hongxing the most dreadful among them?
After giving her instructions, Su Hongxing was about to leave when she suddenly rembered sothing and asked, “Are there no won at tonight’s dinner?”
Luo shook his head, “The only woman here is Miss Su. Our Mr. Ding doesn’t like females at dinner gatherings, yet you showed up regardless.”
Su Hongxing frowned, puzzled. Where had those two won in the restroom co from? She had thought they were also here for the dinner, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding.
When Mo Li saw that Su Hongxing hadn’t co back for a while, he grew worried and ca looking for her, “Su, so you’re here. I was worried, I thought sothing had happened to you.”
“I’m a grown woman, what could possibly happen? Let’s go,” Su Hongxing said, walking toward Mo Li under Luo’s glaring watch.
Luo watched as Su Hongxing walked away with Mo Li, increasingly convinced that Su Hongxing was troubleso. Here she was, on a date with Mo Li, yet she couldn’t resist flirting with their Mr. Ding, such an insatiable woman!
After cursing in his mind, Luo turned around only to discover Ding Ye standing right behind him.
Following Ding Ye’s gaze, he could only see the backs of Su Hongxing and Mo Li walking together.
“Miss Su is probably on a date with her boyfriend,” Luo said deliberately, wanting Ding Ye to see Su Hongxing for what she was. The woman was beautiful but restless, fickle and unfaithful.
Of course, Ding Ye wouldn’t respond. In Luo’s view, Mr. Ding was always aloof, not fond of speaking, and terribly cool.
“Mo Li is not her boyfriend!”
Ding Ye’s sudden statent nearly knocked Luo off his feet. What was most peculiar was how Ding Ye knew the na of Su Hongxing’s boyfriend.
“They are together for a dinner date, how is he not the boyfriend?” Luo had barely finished speaking when he t Ding Ye’s chilling gaze.
He quickly corrected himself: “As Mr. Ding said, Mo Li is not Miss Su’s boyfriend.”
“Luo, go stop Su Hongxing and tell her I want to talk to her; ask her to wait,” Ding Ye’s next words once again astonished Luo.
