Just then, Su Hongxing received a call from Lin Zhi.
She went to the balcony and answered the phone.
“Su girl, what are your plans for the future?” Lin Zhi’s opening question took Su Hongxing by surprise.
She replied honestly, “I’ll just play it by ear.”
“You have to plan for yourself, right? You’re still so young and beautiful. Without a dependable man, I’m afraid that face of yours might bring you trouble.”
Lin Zhi’s words left Su Hongxing both laughing and crying. Was Lin Zhi calling her to set her up with a man?
“The man you marry must be capable and able to protect you completely. In my opinion, Mo Li isn’t bad. He suits you in looks and in other aspects as well,” Lin Zhi’s following remark made Su Hongxing laugh no more.
Did Lin Zhi know about her past with Mo Li, and that was why she was so eager to play matchmaker?
