Xu Nuan blinked her teary eyes upon seeing the man who offered her the handkerchief. She sniffled seeing Han Zihao standing beside her, wearing a grey formal three-piece suit, looking hot as hell.
'How can I have such thoughts while crying? My mind must have gotten corrupted by reading all those fanfictions.' she pursed her lips and tried to not think anything distracting.
Han Zihao passed her the handkerchief and signaled her to take it, seeing her standing there without moving. Her lips parted in a daze but she took the handkerchief and tapped below her eyes. She made sure to not ruin her eyeliner while wiping her tears away.
After she was done, she looked around to be careful of people's gazes and leaned closer to him to whisper, " What are you doing here? You didn't even ss up or call to know about my whereabouts, how did you know I am here?" she asked.
His lips curled up seeing her acting sneaky and careful. From whom she is hiding? He cleared his throat and tilted his head to her side, " Do you think if I didn't call you, I won't know your whereabouts?" He raised his brows upon seeing her pouting.
Her sultry lips were distracting him. His eyes wavered as they fixated on her voluptuous, cherry-like lips.
" Did you do sothing to my phone?" she said aloud while thinking. However, her eyes widened in shock when she realized what she said.
His focus from her lips was broken when he heard her words.
He blinked and stared at her in confusion. Hack her phone? Is this what people do nowadays to know each other's whereabouts?
" What are you saying? Ms. Gu seems like you have forgotten, I am the President of the company you're working for. Do you think I wouldn't know about the music show? I was worried about you. That's why I ca to congratulate you on your first show, is this how you treat ?" He stared at her indifferently, making her avoid his gaze embarrassedly.
Although he didn't tell her that he wouldn't have known about the schedule of every artist since shining bright is just another company under him. He is the President of Han Corporations, would he have the ti to know about the schedules of every artist?
She pursed her lips but upon realizing that there were people around them, she pulled him to the side and asked in a low voice, " But is it okay for you to stand with like this? I an you're the President of Han Corporation, wouldn't it create a buzz if we were spotted like this together?" she asked while covering her face with her hand sneakily.
He looked around with his hands in his pockets, he asked, " Why? Are you worried that I will get into a scandal after being photographed with you?"
She stared at him with a frown, " What are you saying? I am worried about myself. I just survived a scandal, that too with your Superstar brother. Although it has been solved, so people still think that I am with him and it was for show only. If I got photographed with you, they will tag as 'Cheating-Bitch'." she explains.
" I don't want to ruin the soaring career of girls because of my scandal. The manager doesn't look nice having more scandals than the artists," she stated. Although she was not targeted directly as she is not a superstar anymore, the scandal with Han Liang has caused great harm to her image.
His expressions turned grim upon hearing her words. Although it was not true, however, only the thought of her being with Han Liang was giving him creeps. Why does it feel that they are a cheating couple when in reality they aren't?
He scoffed, " Don't worry. No one will recognize . Did you recognize when you saw at the hospital for the first ti?" He questioned her.
She tried to rember and shook her head. Other than finding him attractive, she didn't know anything about him. Who would have thought that she will be chasing that handso man in the future?
" Exactly. I am a businessman and have no relation with the entertainnt industry. I don't even attend such gatherings so no one would recognize unless soone is invested in business or reads business magazines regularly, they wouldn't know about ."
" OH!!" She exclaid in understanding. He does have a point.

After getting off the elevator, Xu Nuan walked to her unit while carrying two bouquets in her hands. One was sent by Lin Hui and the other one was given by him. She was surprised when he gave her a bouquet of burgundy roses in the car.
She wasn't expecting anything from him, so when she received the bouquet from him, she was shocked more than surprised. Does he even know the aning of Burgundy roses? It ans to have an intense passion and desire for the person it was given to. Is he expressing his feelings through flowers?

Han Zihao frowned seeing her struggling with two bouquets. " Why don't you put down the other bouquet if it's troubling you?" He told her to see her troubling while punching the password.
" Ah right." she was about to put down his bouquet when he stopped her, " What are you doing? Why are you putting my bouquet down?" He complained.
She blinked as she didn't even realize whose bouquet she was putting down. But what does that matter? She wondered.
" What? Didn't you tell to put one bouquet down? I am just doing that." she said casually.
He knitted his brows seeing her so casual about it. How can she not know what he ans?
Xu Nuan smirked seeing him sighing heavily, ' Can't he just admit that he is jealous? Why go through so much trouble?' she shook her head in helplessness.
He is still not ready to admit their relationship. How can he be so gullible?
