Dahlia shook her head furiously with her face looking as red as a tomato. "I-I don't think I can----,"
Dahlia suddenly paused mid-sentence when she noticed Mia leaning close to her ear as she whispered. "Co on, Dahlia. Don't you want to see the look on babe's face when he sees you in sothing like this?"
Dahlia's lips parted but she didn't say anything, then she slowly nodded in response and accepted the dress Mia offered.
"That's the spirit," Mia cheered. "Now, try it on,"
The two continued to try out various other dresses until they found the right ones they were satisfied with.
A few minutes later, Dahlia and Mia walked back to the teleportation array as they tried to return back to the academy.
They were currently holding bags filled with ingredients and a few carefully wrapped packages.
"Your Highness, should I help you with that?" Dahlia wanted to help Mia to carry the bags she was holding.
"It's fine, Dahlia, I can handle this on my own and besides...." Mia brought out an item box before tossing the bags she was carrying into the item box.
"These things are really handy in situations like this,"
"Yep, but anyways, we have to hurry back. I can't wait to see the look on babe's face when he sees what we made for him,"
Dahlia giggled as well and muttered. " too,"
"That's good," Mia said as she locked arms with Dahlia, then she noticed the bag Dahlia was holding. "But I bet your dress is going to steal his breath away,"
Hearing this, Dahlia clutched the boutique bag tightly. She could have placed it in her item box, but Dahlia was happy to hold on to it on her way back ho, however she's been worried Orion might not like the dress.
"Princess Mia!"
"Yes?"
"Do you think His Highness will like it?"
"Of course, he will, and if he doesn't like it, then I'll knock so sense into that sexy head of his,"
Dahlia giggled when she imagined a scenario of Mia actually knocking Orion's head. "You don't have to do that," She muttered softly.
"I hope so, cause I love that sexy head of his,"
Dahlia giggled once again and the two ladies stepped on the teleportation array which took them straight back to the academy.
A few minutes later, they finally arrived in Orion's dorm room and they unloaded their bags onto the kitchen counter.
The girls looked at the different colors of ingredients they bought and it didn't take up to a minute for the room to be filled with a dley of different aromas.
Mia swiftly clapped her hands together with a smile on her face as she said. "Alright, Dahlia. Let's get to work. You handle the cutting and chopping, and I'll take care of the seasoning, sounds good?"
Dahlia replied with a nod. "Yes..... I'll do my best,"
"Good," Mia winked then she swiftly tied her apron snuggly around her waist.
She handed one to Dahlia as well but Dahlia fumbled with the straps until Mia ca over to help. "Here, let help,"
Mia's nimble fingers quickly tied a neat bow and she stepped back to have a good look at it. "Perfect!! Now, you're looking like a pro,"
Dahlia's cheeks turned red and she murmured. "Thank you, Your Highness,"
Dahlia could have tied it herself but she was still feeling a bit nervous about the idea of cooking a al for Orion.
It wasn't the first ti she was making Orion sothing to eat but, it was certainly the first ti Dahlia would be making dinner with Mia and this was why she fumbled with tying her apron.
She had never done this before and a part of her was worried she wouldn't be able to do her part well and Orion wouldn't like the food but Mia noticed how unease she was, so she tried to make her feel more confident about herself, and the mont Dahlia's confidence was bolstered, the two beautiful ladies worked together to get the al done.
In a matter of minutes, the kitchen beca filled with the sounds of chopping and the sizzling of pans.
Every now and then, Mia would hum a cheerful song while she swayed her beautiful tails to match the song she was humming but Dahlia was completely focused on what she was doing as she diced every vegetables in front of her, with great precision.
Mia noticed this and comnted. "You're really good at this. Do you cook a lot before becoming a maid?"
"Not much," Dahlia admitted with a soft voice. "But I've been practicing since I beca a maid for His Highness. I just wanted to.... be useful to him,"
"You are, and babe knows this as well,"
"I .... I hope so,"
The two continued to do what they were doing but after a while, Mia dropped the large spoon she was holding, then she spun around before grabbing Dahlia's hands.
"This place is too quiet, let's make it fun,"
Dahlia blinked twice. "Huh? Fun? How?"
Hearing this, Mia grinned mischievously and she replied. "Like this,"
Mia clicked her fingers and the lyre in the corner of the room began to play on its own, as though soone was holding it and tapping its strings.
