Dong Xin Yan’s face remained flushed with heat even after she entered Gu Ningyi’s office.

The sudden sound startled Dong Xin Yan, and she jerked her head up, instantly closing the distance between them—eye to eye, nose to nose, lips to lips.
Dong Xin Yan was again greatly startled, instinctively leaning back to distance herself from Gu Ningyi, not realizing she was so panicked that she missed the sofa and fell back into empty space.
Gu Ningyi didn’t expect such a big reaction from her and was montarily stunned. However, he was quick to react, imdiately grabbing her wrist. Originally intending to pull her up, but upon grasping her wrist, a dark gleam swiftly flashed in Gu Ningyi’s eyes, he subtly curled his lips, and instead of pulling her up, he allowed himself to be pulled by her, leading both of them to fall backward together.
With the thick carpet on the ground, neither was hurt as they fell, but Gu Ningyi ended up falling directly on top of Dong Xin Yan. A mont ago, their faces were just close; now their bodies were tightly pressed together.
Dong Xin Yan’s dark eyes widened in shock, her mind montarily blank.
Gu Ningyi’s hands supported on either side of Dong Xin Yan’s cheeks, his dark eyes lowered to fixate on her blushing face, and he wore a wicked smile. His voice, as he spoke, seed deliberately softened, "So, you not only want to confess and kiss , but also... want to do other things with ?"
Gu Ningyi’s voice was filled with laughter, the tone slightly drawn out, teasing and seductive.
Dong Xin Yan was utterly dumbfounded now. Clearly, she was just scared and fell; how did it end up that she was so wolf wanting to pounce on him?
"If you want, I wouldn’t mind..."
Gu Ningyi’s low, hoarse voice coaxingly uttered as his hand gently held Dong Xin Yan’s chin, and his thin lips slowly, gradually descended.
Dong Xin Yan dumbly stared at his handso face, coming closer, dipping lower and lower. At this mont, she should have pushed him away imdiately, but for so reason, she felt bewitched, her mind gradually turning blank, her body seemingly paralyzed, completely unable to move.
