If there was a dispute between Owen Bertram and Wayne Malvin, Leroy shouldn’t theoretically get involved.
Wayne Malvin had the backing of Colby Dominic, and offending the Central Prison would certainly impact Leroy’s business-contrary to their live and let live creed.
However, Leroy had already confird with his father that he would invest his part in Owen Bertram’s ventures, so of course he needed to support him to the fullest.

Upon seeing Leroy Baker enter, Wayne Malvin walked up to enthusiastically greet him, “Brother Baker has arrived.
Thank you for gracing us with your presence.”

“Please have a seat.
