“Alright, ti to get serious.” He pointed in the direction of the stone statues and they flew towards them.
Within monts, they arrived at the statues’ location.
The place was desolate, surrounded by broken stones.
It was evident that the statues once knelt on a high stone platform.
For so unknown reason, despite the passage of many years, the statues had remained intact, with their giant Chain Lock still wrapped around them.
Owen Bertram stepped down from Magpie’s back and gently urged his Flying Sword Object System.
The Tire-8 Sword Artifact in Eden Cave imdiately resonated with him.
Owen Bertram pointed at the three statues and ordered Magpie, “Destroy them.”
Magpie leaped into the air and pecked down in one swoop.
With a loud bang, one of the statues was shattered.
In Eden Cave, the Tire-8 Sword Artifact was content.
Owen Bertram prepared himself for any possible complications, but the statue’s collapse didn’t trigger anything unexpected.
Magpie leaped again, its consecutive jumps destroying the remaining statues.
Though still ferocious, it stomped on the shattered statues with its claws, trampling the fragnts beyond recognition.
Owen Bertram smiled slightly, mounted Magpie, and flew away.
About half a shichen later, a few people from rton Academy arrived at the scene in shock: they wondered who would destroy such useless statues.
There were no clues as to who was responsible for this action, but it didn’t matter, as the statues were not valuable.
Since the Head Libation Master was still detained by His Majesty, there was no one in rton Academy to take charge, so this matter could only be left unresolved.
After playing with Magpie for a while, Owen Bertram secretly sensed the Flying Sword Object System.
