Gong Yi took another sip and murmured in disdain, “The water’s cold!”

She sipped on the water, frowning with an expression of uncertainty. “I think it’s just right.”

Anger had got the better of him. He just wanted to punish her for her arrogance. He did not an to choke her like this. Imdiately, a sense of guilt pinched his heart. Though he wanted to apologize, he could not bring himself to do so.
In the end, he asked stiffly, “Are you okay?”
