Besides, the club was over twenty kiloters from Xiahai, so it was normal that he'd never been to this area before.

He followed the road signs and drove into a small, circular parking lot.

It looked more like a small plaza inside a park.

A dozen or so cars were parked there.

Fang Zhen parked and got out of his car.

A rustic, country-style path led down from the small parking lot to a grassy field below.

A short distance away stood a few buildings, also designed in a modern, Chinese pastoral style.

He had only taken a couple of steps when a woman with a stunning figure walked toward him.

The woman was about five-foot-five, dressed in a light purple tracksuit with her hair in a ponytail.

Her face was radiant, like that of a woman who exercised regularly and was full of vitality. It was hard to guess her exact age, but she seed to be sowhere between her late twenties and early thirties.

She was very pretty—the kind of woman who would make you look twice on the street.

But what was even more striking than her face was her figure.

She had a classic gym-toned body—curvy in all the right places. Her chest was exceptionally full, creating a dramatic slope, and her figure ford a distinct S-curve.

Even in her tracksuit, you could tell she was well-built, with the kind of toned, aesthetic muscle that looked both powerful and beautiful.

Fang Zhen gave the woman a second look.

"Mr. Fang?" the fit beauty spoke first, looking at him.

Fang Zhen nodded. "That's . Fang Zhen."

"You must be Coach Wu, then?"

"Yes, I'm Wu Peini. We spoke on WeChat," she replied with a nod.

Wu Peini glanced at the Range Rover parked nearby, then looked Fang Zhen up and down. Her eyes lingered on his chest, shoulders, and hips, a look of distinct interest appearing on her face.

"You look like you work out regularly, Mr. Fang. You're in great shape. I'd guess your body fat is under fifteen percent. Do you go to the gym often?" Wu Peini asked.

"I'm more interested in martial arts and ard combat. I often train in full plate armor with a long spear," Fang Zhen said.

"That explains it." Wu Peini nodded. "You're very punctual, Mr. Fang. It's only 8:20. Since you're already here, we don't need to stick to a strict schedule. Let's go do the fitness assessnt and cover the theory. This way, please."

"Alright."

Fang Zhen followed Wu Peini down into the row of modern Chinese-style buildings.

Inside were physical assessnt machines, other instrunts, and even a professional sports psychology evaluator.

He underwent a series of physical and sports psychology tests, and his assessnt results were outstanding.

"Were you a professional athlete?" Wu Peini asked, looking at the test report in surprise.

"No, I just love being active. Like I said, I often practice historical weapon combat," Fang Zhen replied.

"In that case, your physical condition is just incredible. It's a sha you're not a professional athlete," Wu Peini said, sounding genuinely regretful. "Many of your trics surpass the national Class-2 athletes I know. If you'd pursued a career in sports, you definitely would have achieved great things."

Fang Zhen said, "It's alright. I can shine in other fields, too."

Wu Peini smiled. "That's true. Your sports psychology evaluation was excellent as well. Honestly, I still suspect you're a professional athlete. Your ntal state is a perfect match for a competitive sportsman—your psychological fortitude is superb. It's rare to see soone living in the city with a mindset as good as yours."

Fang Zhen just smiled without saying anything.

'Of course it is,' he thought. 'I have the chanical Heart, plus a whole system of solidified skills and traits. With all that, forget competitive sports—I could handle a deathmatch with no problem.'

"Alright, since your physical and ntal conditioning are excellent, let's move on to the next step: a quick lesson on paragliding theory," said Wu Peini.

"Sounds good. I'd like to speed things up, if possible. I'm hoping to do a test flight today," Fang Zhen replied.

"That will depend on your progress. Paragliding is technically challenging. I was considered a fast learner, and it still took

three days before I could get in the air," Wu Peini said.

"I'm a fast learner," Fang Zhen said with a smile.

...

「Three hours later.」

Wu Peini was utterly stunned. The way she looked at Fang Zhen had completely changed.

"You've really never done this before?" Wu Peini asked in a tone of disbelief, standing on the grassy field outside.

"Never touched one. Otherwise, I wouldn't have paid for lessons," Fang Zhen replied.

He had just completed the ground handling training, picking it up with incredible speed.

"Then all I can say is you're a natural-born athlete," Wu Peini said, filled with emotion. "Normally, it takes three or four days just to learn the basics of paragliding—weather conditions, principles of flight—and then complete ground handling practice to develop a feel for the wing."

"It takes other people three days, but you did it in just three hours!"

"It didn't need to take that long. It's pretty simple," Fang Zhen replied.

He genuinely found it simple.

He had wanted to try paragliding for a long ti, along with similar activities like bungee jumping, wingsuit flying, and downhill mountain biking.

He wasn't afraid of the skill or difficulty involved in these sports. But as a traditional man from the Xia Country, he had a reflexive aversion to accidents.

Extre sports like these had always appealed to him, but he felt they were too prone to accidents. Sotis it wasn't even your own mistake; it could be the weather, the environnt, or even a companion running into trouble that could lead to a fatal error.

'Ending up dead or disabled wouldn't be a very smart move.'

'After all, life has so many wonderful things to experience. It wouldn't be worth it to check out early because of a hobby.'

But now, he no longer had that concern.

It wasn't just a change in mindset. His abilities now permitted it.

Fang Zhen's skill set included two particular traits and abilities: 'Death Aversion' and 'Extrasensory Precognition'.
