The primary purpose of the blood test was to check if the babies were anemic.
The doctor in the examination room happened to be the sa one who had vaccinated the babies last ti. She rembered the quadruplets clearly. "Oh, you're here!"
"I'll write you a lab order. Go pay for it first," she said. "Then head to the lab on the fourth floor for the blood draw. Once you get the results, bring them back for
to see."
Lin Feng took the order slip and said to An Lan, "I'll go pay. Can you help Yu Xi with the babies?"
An Lan nodded. "Okay."
After the babies were weighed and asured, Lin Feng took the paynt slip to the lab on the fourth floor.
The four babies were the center of attention wherever they went. Other babies were also having their blood drawn, and their pitiful cries could be heard throughout the entire floor. Hearing this, the fourth baby was deeply affected and started crying as well. "WAAH, WAAH, WAAH..."
