Chapter 499: Chapter 499: The Two Who Worship

Lili covered her mouth again. "Oh my gosh, everything the public says is true. You really are siblings!"

"I love your designs. If I had the money, I would buy every single piece." Li Long also recognized Er Bao and clapped his hands, his words tumbling out in excitent.

"I was wondering why she looked so familiar! It’s you, Xiao Er!" he exclaid. "Did you know all my buddies are huge fans of yours? If they knew I was with you now, and that we’d be spending a month together, they would be insane with jealousy."

"Can I take a photo with you?" He paused and quickly added, "But if you don’t want to, that’s okay. No pressure."

Er Bao didn’t mind. "Sure," she said.

She wanted to keep a low profile, but the brand she worked for wouldn’t allow it. They had discovered that as soon as Er Bao’s new works were released, sales would skyrocket if they used her photo for promotion. Her looks alone left a deep impression, not to ntion her stunning designs. You could say her products were snatched up instantly. Her beauty was more influential than her brand na, ’Xiao Er’.

Li Long and Lili snapped several photos and quickly posted them on social dia.

Lili wrote: *OMG, let

show you all this celestial beauty kissed by the gods!*

The likes and comnts ca in even faster than they had for San Bao.

*Wow, divine beauty! My goddess has a sister? That’s aweso!*

*Too beautiful! How can anyone look this good?*

*I’m smitten!*

*Seriously, she’s exactly my type. She’s grown up to be so beautiful it’s breathtaking!*

*Seeing her makes

want to fall in love!*

*Her designs are as stunning and unforgettable as she is!*

Li Long posted: *Hehehe, bros, look what I’ve got!*

Every single comnt below reeked of jealousy.

*What the hell, is that my goddess?*

*You bastard, how are you with my goddess?*

*Get away from her! Let

take a picture with her!*

*Is this Xiao Er?*

*My god, she’s gorgeous without makeup!*

*Who’s that ugly dude next to her?*

*Get out of the way! You’re ruining my view of the goddess!*

*Bro, this is the peak of your life. Love it. I’m so freaking jealous!*

*Xiao Er has the most perfect features I’ve ever seen. She’s always been stunningly beautiful.*

*Draw your sword, bro. Today, it’s either you or !*

*This is war! You’ve stolen my goddess!*

*Tell her for

that I’ve been a fan for a very, very long ti! I love her even more than her designs!*

Si Bao stood to one side and shrugged. "Am I being ignored here?"

Even people who weren’t into sports had surely heard of ’Little Superman’. He always stole the show at major sporting events. Si Bao also wanted to keep a low profile, but his abilities wouldn’t allow it. It seed he was born with an extraordinary natural talent for sports. Describing him as a decathlon champion was no exaggeration. Plus, with Er Bao and San Bao around, it was hard for him not to be a topic of conversation.

Li Long was even more excited than Lili. "Can I take a photo with you? I really admire you. You’re so cool!" he gushed. "Can you tell

how you’re so good at everything? How do you do it?"

Si Bao smiled faintly. "As you can see, I have a certain natural talent for it, but I also work hard."

Zhang Yuxi and Lin Feng were busy in the kitchen. She glanced over her shoulder and remarked, "They’re getting along very well."

Lin Feng called out, "Wash up! Ti to eat!"

By now, Si Bao already had an arm slung around Li Long’s shoulders, the two of them looking like best buddies. Lili clearly had a crush on San Bao, her eyes filled with admiration.

"I’m also learning the violin," she said to him. "If it’s convenient, could you give

so pointers?"

San Bao told her it was no problem.

Considering their guests’ tastes, Lin Feng had prepared steak and juice, among other things. After the al, Li Long and Lili were full of sincere complints.

"This steak is delicious! I love it!"

Hearing this, Lin Feng smiled. "Just tell

what you want to eat, and I can make it for you."

Si Bao said proudly, "My dad’s cooking is amazing. He can make anything you want."

Li Long’s eyes lit up. "I want to try the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast!"

Lin Feng was speechless.

After dinner, Lin Feng asked the children to give Li Long and Lili a tour of the small manor and show them to their rooms. "If there’s anything you don’t like or need us to add, feel free to let us know," he said with a smile.

He and Zhang Yuxi then went back to their own room with Xiao Bao.

San Bao and Si Bao began to show the guests around. They toured the entire house, except for the siblings’ own bedrooms. Li Long was curious about Si Bao’s room. The room of an Olympic champion must be interesting, right?

"Can I see your room?" he asked.

"Of course, no problem," Si Bao said generously, "but it’s a bit ssy."

When he opened the door, however, the room was neat and clean.

"You call this ssy?" Li Long asked, surprised.

"I only cleaned up because you were coming over," Si Bao admitted frankly. "It’s usually a complete disaster."

Li Long gave him a look that said, "I get it."

Since they had seen Si Bao’s room, San Bao took the initiative and opened his door for them as well. His room had the best soundproofing and was kept very tidy. Before high school, it had contained a piano, a violin, and a drum set. Once he started high school, Lin Feng had moved the instrunts to a practice room and replaced them with a large bookshelf.

When Li Long learned that Er Bao was also going to let them see her bedroom, he was secretly excited but tried to sound casual. "Oh, you don’t have to."

Er Bao didn’t think it was a big deal. "There’s nothing much in my room."

But when she opened the door, they saw a space filled with fascinating objects, most of which were her own handmade, creative works. The table lamp, clock, photo fras, and art pieces were all made by her. The room was full of different elents, but it was all incredibly creative. Li Long had expected to see sothing girly, full of pink and dolls.

Both Li Long and Lili expressed how much they wished they had a room like this. How blissful would that be?

Next, they were shown to their guest rooms. Since their preferences weren’t known, the rooms were decorated in a standard, neutral style.

After the tour, everyone went to bed. However, since the two guests were still adjusting to the ti difference and couldn’t sleep, they scrolled through their phones. The first thing they did was check their social dia posts for comnts and likes. Soon, internet users figured out Li Long and Lili’s identities. When they tagged each other, everyone realized they were together and, as exchange students, had miraculously lucked into staying at Lin Feng’s ho. They knew enough to stay silent about the more personal topics brought up online.

「In the master bedroom.」

Lin Feng and Zhang Yuxi were on a video call with Da Bao. He was also jet-lagged and had just woken up.

"Where are you?" Lin Feng asked, noticing he wasn’t at their villa in New York.

It turned out the school had switched host families at the last minute. The new family’s child was also an exchange student, and by a stroke of pure coincidence, it was Li Long’s family. The two sets of parents had even t briefly. Li Long’s house was large and well-decorated, and his parents seed very nice and welcoming.

After chatting for a while, the parents ended the video call. Lin Feng sent a ssage to Da Bao on WeChat, telling him not to be afraid to spend money and not to pinch pennies on necessities. He added that if they didn’t like the food, they could cook for themselves; he didn’t want his children to have to compromise too much while they were abroad.

Lying on her stomach, Er Bao asked, "Dad, is Xiao Bao asleep?"

Lin Feng simply sent her a photo in response.

Er Bao was overjoyed. Xiao Bao is so adorable! I can’t wait for the day she calls

’big sister.’

The family had a large group chat, where the siblings were all talking amongst themselves.

Lin Feng checked the ti and tagged his other children. "@San Bao, @Si Bao, stop chatting and get to sleep."

Their family group chat, originally nad ’The Four Calabash Babies,’ had now been updated to ’The Five Calabash Babies!’

San Bao, Si Bao, and Da Bao all sent "Good night!" ssages at once. But Er Bao was feeling playful. "Sleep? Get up and play!"

Lin Feng tagged her. "@Er Bao, what did you just say? I didn’t see anything."

A system notification popped up: *The user has retracted a ssage.*

Er Bao typed with a giggle, "I said good night!"

Lin Feng, pretending he hadn’t seen a thing, replied, "Good night. You all take care of yourselves over there!"
