Zhang Yuxi, still half-asleep, mumbled in agreent, hugging him and giving him a kiss. "Thank you for everything, dear."
Lin Feng drove to the school, where Teacher Qiao was already waiting.
"Give
his things; I'll take him to the dorm room."

Arriving at the dorm room, Lin Feng saw it was a six-person room. Si Bao had a top bunk. The other bunks were already occupied.
Teacher Qiao explained, "The kids in this room are about his age. They're all new students this year and in the sa class."
Lin Feng nodded and began to organize Si Bao's belongings.
Si Bao pitched in, "Daddy, I'll take good care of myself!"
Lin Feng nodded. "Yeah, I know my Si Bao is the best!"
Teacher Qiao checked the ti. "Okay, it's about ti for class. Let's go!"
The sound of the school broadcast started outside. Lin Feng watched Si Bao walk away.
"Daddy, drive safe on your way back! Rember to pick
up after school!" Si Bao called out.
"Okay, Daddy won't forget!"

Zhang Yuxi was sleeping soundly. Er Bao and the other children were already dressed and washed up. They went to wake their mother.
"Mom, it's ti for breakfast!"
Still not fully awake, Zhang Yuxi mumbled, "You guys go ahead!"
"Mom, you have to take us to school later!" Er Bao shouted.
Three seconds later, Zhang Yuxi's eyes shot open. Oh, right! I have to take the kids to school!
She scrambled out of bed. "I'm coming down now! You go ahead and eat first. By the way, have you all washed up?"
"We've already washed up!" the children called back as they went downstairs. "Hurry up, Mom!"
Zhang Yuxi quickly splashed water on her face, slapped on so essence, and hurried downstairs after tidying up a bit. The children had almost finished eating. She saw that her breakfast had been served for her and felt touched.

After a hurried breakfast, the children were all ready, just waiting for her to leave.

"Alright, let's not dwell on it," she said, changing the subject. "Honey, I'm off to my class! I'll pick up the kids this evening; you go get Si Bao."
"Will you make it in ti?"
"I will. I'll rearrange my schedule to have all my classes in the morning from now on."
"Alright then. Are you coming ho for lunch?"
"It depends. I'll call you later."
