Chapter 1865: Chapter 1862: Negotiation for Cooperation

Each Upper Being releases an imnsely powerful oppressive presence, and can affect specific parts of an individual.

Han Dong dared not look around carelessly, his gaze either stayed on familiar Upper Beings or focused on the table before him.

Soon enough.

Footsteps echoed from the staircase, accompanied by a familiar ambiance to Han Dong.

"Finally here? Indeed, they place great importance on this temporary collaboration... all high-ranking individuals coming to negotiate here."

Han Dong sat quietly in his seat, keeping his head down with a slight smile.

Buzz!

Led by Mada Bei (B, World Balance Balance), a team of five entered the sharp corner area for negotiations.

The team included the renowned Director Charles (C, Control control), who would primarily address the Demons’ questions and concerns about the Uncontrolled,

Examiner Edgar (E, Examine examine), responsible for reviewing collaboration terms and assisting in the negotiations,

Director of Black Tower Security Bureau, forr President of Original Stone Insurance, Sethan Woods (S, Safe safe), who would handle the safe evacuation of all personnel in case of unexpected conflicts during negotiations.

Director of Black Tower Statistics Bureau, also acclaid as the greatest mathematician of the millennium, Director Zod (Z, Zero zero), responsible for evaluating material accounts during negotiations and assessing the overall direction of collaboration.

These two directors, Han Dong was eting for the first ti.

They did not partake in last month’s eting, surely busy with their own affairs.

This ti, with significant negotiations at hand, Mada Bei invited them, and despite their busy schedules, they made ti to attend.

Mada Bei chose them not just for consideration of collaboration talks but also for their ability to effectively prevent danger, ensuring the maximum existence of ’balance’.

Five seats at the end of the eting table were waiting for them.

Mada Bei naturally sat in the middle.

Director Charles and Security Bureau Director Sethan sat on either side of her,

Examiner Edgar and Statistics Bureau Director Zod took positions at the outer edges.

Han Dong curiously looked at the math-oriented Director Zod,

His appearance and aura were rather strange, differing greatly from other primary letter holders.

Sparse, even ’pitiful’ strands of hair numbered less than a hundred atop his head, indicating his proficiency in mathematics or computing.

His face was covered by a White Mask, upon which a large Roman nural [0] was drawn in black marker.

His attire was quite casual,

A brown striped sweater beneath a white lab coat, crumbs even clung to its collar,

Shorter trousers covered his lower half, revealing floral socks and a hairy shin,

Despite his lackluster appearance,

The area around him felt exceptionally calm due to the domain, like a Mirror Lake... this tranquility dispelled the chaos emitted by the Demons, ensuring the negotiation team remained unaffected ntally.

As the team took their seats.

They noticed Han Dong, with Mada Bei giving him a gratified smile.

If Han Dong as the "Middleman" was intentionally placed here by the Demon King, it indirectly indicated that the forthcoming negotiations would likely proceed smoothly.

"We represent the Black Tower’s [Supre Will], truly honored to be invited by S-01 for this long-awaited ’special collaboration negotiation’.

I believe everyone here has already grasped the situation regarding the "Uncontrolled" and the irrevocable dangerous scenario,

This is our formulated special collaboration plan, besides previously guaranteeing ’preferential conditions’ to Mr. Eugene, we also sought opinions from [Thousand-Faced Demon King] in our last internal eting,

Willing to provide you with confidential information related to B.B.C, we aim to maximize real-ti intelligence sharing."

At this point.

The Grey Walker suddenly paused, pretending to be serious, nodding in agreent.

"Once you assist us in suppressing and eliminating the Uncontrolled.

We will provide you conditions and privileges unattainable by other Super Worlds, and even refrain from restricting your Developnt where interactive benefits are t.

Please review the detailed treaty, and I trust you have discussed it earlier."

As thick dossiers were distributed among the Old Kings (those attending from the Middle and Lower ranks also received the sa docunt files).

Few on site reviewed or inspected them, instead preoccupied with their own tasks.

Most Upper Beings were still absorbed in the recent gambling session, unwilling to spend ti reviewing such docunts, or the previous eting adequately clarified matters.

The Yellow Robe King continued typing,

Only the Walker, overseer of the Dreamlands, and Mr. Eugene, took up the docunts and earnestly read through them.

A second passed, and Mr. Eugene nodded in satisfaction,

"Hmm, additional clauses favorable to us compared to before... specific details about special collaboration were elucidated in prior etings.

However,

Before entering the crucial ’voting session’, we shall interject an additional eting process.

Allowing these two youngsters to narrate and present their ’mysterious experience’ within recent tis... This experience might influence the upcoming voting."

Mr. Eugene’s status among the Demons, second only to Chaos Ancestor, could even be said to be S-01’s spokesperson.

Upon concluding these words, the Upper Beings present, including mbers of the Black Tower negotiation team, focused their gaze on the two young individuals.

Facing such an intense scrutiny and pressure, even the usually composed Pope appeared exceedingly nervous.

Han Dong also did his best to suppress his nerves, dispersing ntal pressure with Mad Laugh... Taking a deep breath, he spoke calmly:

"Four months ago, I, Pope, and the Eugenes, under the guidance of the Void, ventured into the Shattered Dinsion in search of the Remnant Pages of the Book of Dead Spirit.

A day ago, we accidentally discovered a well-preserved [Frozen Continent] belonging to the Ancient Race - Vodas within Dinsions."

At this point,

An Upper Being with blood tears in their eye sockets, resembling an Eskimo, slightly paused, listening attentively to Han Dong’s impending narration.

"Upon investigation, we found the continent’s preservation was due to the influence of the Book of Dead Spirit - Bone Manuscript, even completely bone-structuring the land.

The Ice Demons residing within the Frozen Continent were all transford into Dead Spirits.

However, this wasn’t the focus.

The key point was that we encountered another mysterious team in this frozen land.

Next, I will narrate the detailed process, while Pope presents the mory images to everyone."

With Han Dong’s ntion,

Pope instantly projected the mory images perfectly from his stardust brain to the eting table.

These images were synchronously presented to the lower two levels, ensuring all Old Kings could clearly understand the entire occurrence.

mories showcased the discovery of the "Frozen Continent" in the Dinsion, when the plant planet approached it, Han Dong’s Dead Spirit Vision observed a pitch-black spaceship landing at the opposite end of the frozen terrain.

When the mory image displayed the operation mode and structural appearance of the spaceship.

Director Charles from the Black Tower suddenly gasped.

"This is a dinsional spaceship forged from [Cosmic Dark Crystal], employing technology indubitably from B.B.C... Who exactly are these people?"

Han Dong imdiately responded:

"Director Charles’s guess is correct, they are indeed the Uncontrolled from B.B.C... I suspect they tore open the mbrane of the Black Tower’s boundary through the World Rubik’s Cube, arriving at the dinsional area adjacent to S-01.

In the ensuing experience, we encountered this group of Uncontrolled in direct confrontation, please continue to watch."
