Having confird the elderly man’s identity, Rong Yan raised her head to look at the two bodyguards standing in front of her, knowing she had to go whether she wanted to or not. With straightforward grace, she agreed, “I am free.”
She returned the phone to the two n and said to them, “Wait for for a mont, I need to buy sothing.”
The two n took back the phone and exchanged glances. One of them said to Rong Yan in a deep voice, “Miss Rong, you can tell what you need to buy, and I can get it for you so you don’t have to make the trip. The general is still waiting.”
Rong Yan knew they did not trust her and feared she would run away, so she promptly replied, “You can’t buy what I need for . But if you’re worried, you can accompany there!”
Since she was so forthcoming, the guards had nothing more to say. After exchanging looks, they agreed, “We will accompany Miss Rong.”

Rong Yan had no intention of running; she had been ntally prepared for a while. She knew that being with Li Shengxiao was never going to be a simple matter.

After getting into the car, she took out her cell phone and hesitated about whether to send Li Shengxiao a ssage to tell him she was going to his grandfather’s house.
But after thinking it over, she put the phone away.
