Gu Ming drove carefully while sneaking glances at the rearview mirror above. At a red light, he tentatively spoke up, “Mr. Li, would you like to give Miss Rong a call to let her know you’re preparing to head back?”
Without getting a response, he added softly, “I’m worried Miss Rong might still be waiting for you, not knowing when you’ll return. She must be very concerned.”

“I also don’t know if Miss Rong has had dinner. She usually waits for you to return so you can eat together.
