(Arata)
If I hadn’t known better, I would say he was getting addicted to . But knowing him, it was evident he just wanted to play the teasing ga with and see if I would back down or stand up to him.
Karsten loved testing people and what he loved even more was controlling them. The submission gave him this surge of power, especially my submission which I didn’t give easily.
That’s why he set up these small tests to maybe win them, and irrespective of everything, I enjoyed it. But, he needed to earn them.
I was extrely sure his room must be painted in dark hues.
Seeing pondering, he picked up his wine glass. Keeping his intense but teasing peepers focused on as he spoke again.
"Afraid to lose? Or afraid you won’t be able to resist ."
I clicked my tongue, knowing he was trying to instigate .
The all-knowing Snowman—Yeti of Marica City.
"You think too highly of yourself. I am not one of those girls, who will fall at your feet just because we kissed twice."
He placed his wine glass back, leaned in, and whispered.
"Then bet."
His hungry gaze dropped to my lips—teasing, tantalising...
"Fine, but if I win you will greet properly with a smile for the next week and will try one new food with instead of eating your choice of bland concoctions," I said, finishing the last of my creamy goodness and placing my spoon down.
"It’s a deal." Karsten placed his palms down on the table and straightened up, pushing the chair back.
I left my chair too and he spread his right arm and articulated. His eyes dipped ever so lightly. "After you." I wanted to roll my eyes at him, acting so chivalrous as if he was a knight stepping out from QueenFrieza’s book.
We ascended the stairs together; once we arrived at the top, he pointed to the black door towards the left and subtly said while leaning against the railing with his hands clutching it.
"I will be waiting."
Cocky male, if only I could roll my eyes at him again.
"See you in a bit." I opened the door of my room and entered. Grabbing the cookie jar from the coffee table I had placed on earlier. Hurriedly leaving the room with a loudly hamring heart, I knocked on his door in quick succession.
Judging by the colour and his taste, the room I had envisioned was supposed to be all black. The door was ebony so it would only make sense if the room followed the sa pattern.
Instead of granting permission, the door creaked open, revealing Karsten standing in the doorway. His tall fra seed to fill the whole place.
He leaned casually against the doorfra, one hand resting on the edge, his broad shoulders relaxed yet commanding. The man had changed into a black tank top which clung to his torso in a mouthwatering way. A faint, inviting smile played on his curvaceous lips as his piercing blue eyes locked onto mine.

There went my treacherous heart seeing this male siren.
Did he know he had such an effect on ?
He certainly did.
"Co in," Karsten said, his voice smooth and low, carrying a warmth that seed to fill the space between us.
Stepping aside slightly, his movents fluid and deliberate, he let pass. His gaze never wavered, holding mine with an intensity that was both disarming and reassuring for I was entering his place.
Clutching the large cookie jar to my chest I entered Karsten’s room.
If he left flustered, what I witnessed in his room totally vexed .
The room was absolutely nothing like what I had envisioned. Instead of black, grey and dark blue shades, silverish pearl, cyan and baby blue shades greeted .
A masterful blend of modern sophistication and natural designs amalgamated to evoke a sense of calm and refinent.
The walls were painted in a soft, silverish-white hue, creating a luminous and calm backdrop. I observed with my mouth open while Karsten gazed at with a haughty smirk.
Accents of cyan were artfully incorporated into the paint with delicate, intricate patterns in silverish-blue which seed to have been hand-painted onto the walls.
Their subtle shimr caught the light and added a layer of depth and artistry to the space. The effect was srizing as if the walls themselves were alive with quiet movent.
Tearing my eyes away from the walls I observed the plush, pearly white sectional sofa. The clean lines, soft fabric and fluffy cushions seed inviting and relaxing.
A sleek, glass-top coffee table sat in front of it, its tallic silver fra echoed the cool tones of the walls. On the table, a small stylish vase with a few fresh blue roses in it added a touch of greenery, complenting the natural the of the painted landscape.
To one side, a smart desk crafted from pale ash wood stood against the wall, its surface held a slim laptop and a curated selection of books. The chair, with its silverish-blue upholstery, tied back to the wall’s intricate patterns.
A floor lamp with a brushed tal finish arched gracefully over the desk, providing focused light for his work or reading. This seed like his cosy reading and working nook.
My head then turned to observe his monstrous-sized bed. A whole army could sleep in this modern waterbed with a sleek design that featured a low-profile fra in matte-blue tal and a silver upholstered platform that cradled the water-filled mattress.
A floating, padded headboard with integrated LED lighting added a futuristic touch, complented by crisp white bedding with navy-blue accents. I was sure the waterbed was a perfect blend of contemporary design and cutting-edge comfort.
I turned towards Karsten and threw him an annoyed look, this was not what I had hoped to find in his room.
He cocked his brow while his arms were crossed at the back as he haughtily asked.
"Disappointed?"
I chose to ignore him and focused on observing the rest of his gorgeous room which seed to belong to soone with an extrely pleasant personality.
Against another wall, a low-profile dia console in matte silver held a large flat-screen TV, its surface free of clutter. Above it, a single piece of abstract art in shades of cyan, turquoise and silver added a focal point without overwhelming the space. The artwork’s fluid lines seed to complent the painted patterns on the walls, creating a sense of continuity.
The skylight ceiling was his room’s crowning glory, which must flood the space with natural light during the day and offer a majestic view of the heavens at night.
He flicked a switch and light danced across the silverish-blue patterns on the walls, creating a dynamic interplay of shadows and reflections that changed with ti.
Recessed lighting around the periter of the ceiling provided a soft, ambient glow, enhancing the room’s warm atmosphere.
The flooring was a pale, polished hardwood, its smooth surface added to the room’s airy feel. A large, textured area rug in shades of matte blue and sea green anchored the seating area, containing geotric patterns.
Every elent in the room had been carefully chosen to create a cohesive, calming environnt. The interplay of silverish-white, cyan, and silverish-blue tones, turned his room into a perfect balance of modern elegance and peaceful solitude.
"So you are wondering why it’s not black like the door and how you got tricked?" He stepped closer and blew out near my ear from behind .
Sharply turning, I offered him a scowling nod of my head.
He victoriously smiled and began explaining.
