ng Yan said, "The police help less than the resources they have themselves. Qin Miaomiao has seven bodyguards..." He trailed off, feeling odd discussing soone else’s private security detail with a young girl.
Moreover, this young girl was the sister of his friend whom he wished to protect. He wanted to take over from where Rong Lan left off, continuing to care for Rong Wei, to show her a world of pure beauty.
Rong Wei didn’t continue to press the matter but instead spoke of her own career.
