"Understood, Mr. Lu."
Lu Qing’s gaze then shifted to the remaining key points, and he particularly emphasized one plan among them: "This piece of land is very important, and we must be fully prepared tomorrow. Even if it is crucial to obtain, the proposal must be flawless."
"Mr. Lu, I’ll arrange the personnel right away."
Lu Qing had long set his sights on this crucial piece of land, and he had anticipated the need earlier, so he specifically called to arrange for a senior newcor to join the effort.
"This piece of land is extrely important, no matter what ans we use, we must seize it. Fax your proposal, and I’ll verify and adjust it now."
Though Lu Qing was uncertain about tomorrow’s situation and wouldn’t have ti to be there, he was eighty percent sure he could secure the developnt rights for the land. Everything had been prepared in advance, and much had been clarified, including the myriad details. Even with several big corporations interested in the land, he wasn’t planning to give them any opportunity.
"If we can secure the developnt rights for this land, I can implent the plans I envisage next year ahead of ti. Plus, the location of this land is very good, with a promising outlook for the next five years."
Talking on the phone, Lu Qing didn’t feel he was wasting ti; instead, he felt that early arrangents were the best course of action.
"Mr. Lu."
The secretary returned and, seeing Lu Qing on the phone, imdiately stepped back a couple of steps, standing a short distance from the door while looking down at the docunts in her hand.
"That’s it for now; I have other matters to attend to. Just send the fax directly."
Lu Qing glanced at the secretary and said, "What’s the matter?"
"There are two sets of docunts here, not sure which one you want to review?"
Lu Qing curiously glanced over: "Leave both."
The secretary placed them down and left the office, and the fax was sent over at that ti.
Squinting at the fax, Lu Qing’s lips bore a confident smile.
Less than three kiloters from the office building, Lu Xing, wearing sunglasses, was waiting for soone. To avoid revealing his identity from the start, he deliberately wore sunglasses while waiting for the other person.
Soon, a man wearing prescription glasses walked in, and Lu Xing stood up, waved over to him: "Here."
"Sorry, I was so busy with work, kept you waiting."
At this mont, Lu Qing then removed his sunglasses: "Don’t worry, no matter how long it takes to wait for soone, I will wait. It’s hard to explain in a phone call, so discussing face-to-face is better."

Lu Xing looked at him with aningful insight: "Don’t worry, we can talk slowly. I heard your mother is currently hospitalized, and your family still has a mortgage to pay each month, plus a child to raise. It seems you’re really under quite so pressure."

The man seed stretched thin.
"Don’t worry, I don’t have any other intentions. I like helping those in need, and also enjoy adding to prosperity. People often prefer adding to prosperity, overlooking helping those in need. Sotis elderly people have to wait long queues for a check-up at public hospitals; even getting a hospital bed is tight. I wonder if that’s the case for your mother."
