She used questions, not declarations.

Little seventh scored a point back and left. Ou Beichen teased:

Qin Miaomiao sighed, "Deanor? I’d be lucky if they didn’t diss all day. Xiao Chen, do you eat osmanthus rice balls?"

Qin Miaomiao rembered the taste and leaned over to say:
"Little Chen, let have a bite, will you?"
"No way, it has alcohol."
"It’s rice wine—it won’t hurt."
"Nope. Anything with alcohol is off-limits for you."
"Little Chen, you don’t love anymore! You’ve been corrupted by Little sixth and Little seventh—you’ve joined them in bullying !"
It was at this point that Ou Beichen finally understood why Little sixth and Little seventh dared to be so brazen—it felt way too satisfying to tease Qin Miaomiao!
He raised an eyebrow at her:
"You want to eat?"
"Want, want, want!"
"Not giving you any. Little seventh, why don’t we have barbecue tonight instead?"
Little seventh chuckled:
"Forget it, barbecue’s too smoky. How about so Japanese dishes—maybe sashimi or sothing?"
"Sounds good. As for my sister, just follow the dietary restrictions: low oil, less at, no spice."
