They desperately pushed forward, Qin Miaomiao’s patience had reached its limit. She said coldly:
"Little Fourth, protect Rong Lan. Boss, take action!"
The boss curled his lips into a smile, bloodthirsty, licking his lips: "I’ve been waiting for those words for a long ti."
No one saw his movents clearly, but by the ti the reporters snapped back to reality, all their caras were gone!
Looking again, all the caras sohow ended up on that seemingly alluring woman!
The woman held a thin blade in her hand, a trace of blood still on it. She licked it with visible excitent in her eyes:
"If you get any closer, I’ll kill you."

Soone in the crowd shouted, and everyone else was even more startled. It truly felt like a ghost!
Who could possibly steal so many caras in such a short amount of ti?
Before they could react, a car sped toward them at an alarming speed. Screaming, they scrambled to dodge it, stumbling and crawling.
The car door opened, and a person sat inside, obscured by glasses so his face couldn’t be clearly seen. They heard him shout:
"Get in the car, quickly!"
Qin Miaomiao glanced at the boss. He nodded, and she hurried into the car.
As the journalists ca to their senses and tried to chase after it—they realized they couldn’t catch up. Inside that car were pri scoops, yet it had already sped off, leaving them heavily defeated!
"Ugh, wasted a whole night’s effort. We thought we’d get sothing big."
"Rong Lan seems to be in serious danger. Isn’t President Qin planning to take him to the hospital? Let’s head to the nearest hospital! If the Emperor Rong has an accident, we can get firsthand intel!"
"But our caras were stolen, aren’t they?"
"Get our colleagues to bring reinforcents. Tonight, we need to break so major news!"
Inside the car, Qin Miaomiao’s expression was extrely grim. Rong Lan’s body was still convulsing, his lips turning blue, and his condition was worsening.
The boss hung up the phone and said deeply:
"Five more minutes to the hospital. The doctors are already prepared. As long as we get him there, they can save him in ti!"
Qin Miaomiao bit her lower lip, clutching his hand tightly. His whole body trembled uncontrollably. She said fiercely:

The car reached the hospital, where doctors awaited at the entrance. He was imdiately rushed into the ergency room!
She waited outside the door. Not long after, that man with sunglasses entered and said softly:
"Young Madam, a swarm of reporters has gathered outside."
Rage seethed in Qin Miaomiao’s eyes as she said harshly: "They’re really like lingering ghosts! Is there a way to make them leave?"
"There is."
A voice ca from nearby—it was Lu Qing. He walked over calmly. The mont Qin Miaomiao saw him, her taut nerves finally eased slightly. Her eyes rimd red, and she said softly:
"Why are you here?"
"With sothing this serious, how could I not co? Don’t worry, there won’t be any reports about this event. Within five minutes, those people will be gone."
Qin Miaomiao trusted him completely.
He patted her shoulder: "I’ll handle this. You should go ho."
"Rong Lan is still not out of danger."
"He won’t die."
Qin Miaomiao clutched his hand, took a deep breath, and said softly:
"Husband, I bear so responsibility for Rong Lan’s situation. He’s ill, and I shouldn’t have pushed him with such extre asures."
