My Avatar is Becoming the Ultimate BOSS Chapter 531 - 330: Mechanical Buddha, King Descends from the
The deserted island was ablaze with war, but the hive at the center remained eerily isolated in silence.
At this mont, four red and blue camouflaged aircraft were hovering 500 ters above the hive.
The cabin doors opened, and Father of Puppets, Fan Dongqing, Garfield, You Ruirui, and Gu Qiye positioned themselves at the edges of their respective cabins, looking down at the entrance of the hive.
"The operation begins," commanded Chen Xi, "Father of Puppets will handle the Great Bee Lord, Garfield and Fan Dongqing will take out the Bee Prince, Gu Qiye, You Ruirui, infiltrate the hive interior!"
As the words fell, the Rainbow Wing mbers on the four aircrafts simultaneously sprang into action.
Father of Puppets dropped from the first aircraft, the bandages on his face subtly cracking in the wind.
Garfield leapt down from the second aircraft, pulling up the collar of his sweater. Blue light blazed in his pupils, and a fifty-ter-tall red and blue tallic figure rapidly took form in mid-air.
The cockpit at its chest opened, and his body was drawn into the seat; then the door closed up, and the colossal ch raised its head, unfolding a pair of blinding light wings, with molten glow flowing from its eyes.
Fan Dongqing tucked away his phone, casually stepped forward, and fell straight down from the third aircraft;
Gu Qiye and You Ruirui dropped simultaneously from the fourth aircraft.
At the sa ti, at the hive entrance.
As the Bee Prince "Guli" didn’t have wings, the Great Bee Lord "Qiao" simply grabbed Guli’s body and flew towards the four aircraft with wings spread wide.
At that mont, Gu Qiye bent down to embrace You Ruirui.
He transford into a streak of lightning speeding across the icy surface You Ruirui created. Their coordination was flawless, their breaths almost synchronized, like professional dancers in a pairs skating performance.
With Gu Qiye around, You Ruirui didn’t need to slow down the creation of the ice surface as usual. So, the ice rapidly extended in a circular track downward, while the dark lightning raced wildly on the icy track like a gale.
Finally, at the mont they were two hundred ters from the hive, Gu Qiye halted at the end of the ice, crouched slightly, held tight to You Ruirui, and then launched off the icy surface!
His figure, wrapped in lightning, soared through the night sky like a falling star, heading straight for the hive entrance!
"Think it’s that easy!" Qiao growled.
The instant he realized Gu Qiye and You Ruirui were trying to bypass him, his eyes turned ice-cold. His hexagonal giant wings vibrated fiercely, tearing through the air as he and Guli charged forward.
Qiao flew towards the circular icy surface extending towards the hive.
But suddenly, an indescribable oppressive force descended from the sky; sacred golden light illuminated half the night sky, pouring down like a torrential rain!
Qiao hesitated slightly, then abruptly looked up. At that mont, he saw a colossal Buddha statue! To be precise, it was a giant statue constructed of gears and tal, the golden-yellow body exuding imnse divine power and pressure!
The Buddha sat cross-legged, with six chanical arms spread out like a peacock’s display.
At this mont, each palm of the chanical Buddha was signaling Buddhist mudras — the upper two palms raised, palms outward and fingers aid upwards; the middle two pressed together in a prayer-like posture at the chest; the lower two open, thumb and forefinger touching in a circular form.
Abhaya Mudra, Anjali Mudra, Dharmachakra Mudra.
With each formation of a Buddhist mudra, the gears of the chanical Buddha spun even more frantically, as it descended cross-legged from mid-air, carried by a torrent like a train crash.
The air seed filled with the mighty sound of Buddhist chanting, soon drowned out by the hum of hydraulics. White steam continually spewed from the gaps between the chanical Buddha’s gears!
Howling wind swept over Qiao’s face.
He stared blankly at the Buddha descending from the sky, a shock of divine nature sweeping through his mind, almost causing a fleeting disorientation.
"Qiao, let go!" Guli’s voice, intertwined with laughter, snapped Qiao back to attention.
Qiao ca to his senses, releasing Guli, but his gaze remained fixed unwaveringly on the chanical Buddha above.
The next instant, the enormous chanical palm slamd down at a speed nearing that of sound. Almost instinctively, Qiao crossed his arms in front of him, directly facing the palm! The unstoppable divine power descended, nearly distorting Qiao’s form!
With a loud bang, Qiao’s body was blasted toward the ground.
During the mont Gu Qiye was flying mid-air, he took a split second to turn his head and witness this scene.
Father of Puppets stood motionless on the shoulder of the chanical Buddha, hands stuffed in the pockets of his oversized trench coat, looking down at the falling Qiao.
Sitting next to Father of Puppets was an Indian monk clad in a red robe. The monk’s eyes were closed, expressionless, his exposed skin dry and cracked.
Without a doubt, this monk was the forr Rainbow Wing mber No. 8— "chanical Soul Bodhisattva" Ajaya, one of Father of Puppets’ Catastrophe-Lvl puppets!
And the chanical Buddha that struck the Great Bee Lord "Qiao" into the depths of the island was certainly created by Ajaya’s superpower "Steam Buddha"!
At this mont, Father of Puppets’ raspy voice slowly ca through the earpiece: "As per the plan, I will handle the Great Bee Lord ’Qiao’... Black Flash, Ice Woman, you two infiltrate the hive, defeat the Four Bee Lords, then kill the Queen Bee."
However, in that instant, the tumbling Second Bee Prince "Guli" suddenly underwent a transformation.
With a sinister grin, his wild and hoarse laughter echoed through the sky. His eerie purple body swelled, and in the blink of an eye, he had transford into a giant two hundred ters tall.
Guli grabbed the edge of the hive with his right hand, crouching slightly to halt himself in front of it, like a monkey grasping a branch to stop on a tree.
Imdiately after, the giant-sized Guli suddenly lifted his hand, blocking the hive’s only entrance—he knew that by doing this, he could catch that bolt of pitch-black lightning shooting madly towards the hive in mid-air!
Guli’s intention was simple: never let anyone near the Queen Bee’s royal chamber.
At this mont, as he was about to crash into Guli’s enormous palm, Gu Qiye couldn’t stop his forward montum because he was suspended in mid-air with nothing to leverage.
But suddenly, You Ruirui, in his arms, lifted her hand, and a massive sheet of ice materialized out of thin air!
Gu Qiye, as though in perfect harmony with her, swiftly extended his right leg, stepping onto the ice plane.
Thus, the two altered their flight direction. He held You Ruirui tightly, reversing their trajectory and distancing themselves significantly from Guli’s gigantic hand!
Simultaneously, Guli suddenly swung a massive tail hamr, tearing through the air with overwhelming force, striking towards the descending chanical Soul Bodhisattva.
Guli knew in his heart that if he didn’t intercept the Bodhisattva, it would target Qiao, who had been blasted to the ground!
Yet at that second, an unbelievable scene unfolded before Guli’s eyes. Directly in front of the tail hamr, a colossal, airborne dragon boat suddenly appeared!
"A boat?" Guli’s gigantic pupils were illuminated by the brilliant red glow.
On the dragon boat, lanterns hung, and boards rattled as giants in ancient robes paddled back and forth. The paddles twisted the air, producing a fierce crackling, while the lanterns emitted a dense blood-red shadow that cast downwards like an imnse canopy blocking the sky.
As the paddles churned through the air, the dragon boat’s rattling boards snapped open and shut, the swaying of the lanterns whooshed, the oarsn’s strokes pierced the air, and the rattles’ rry and rhythmic beats intermingled.
A cacophony of sounds rged flawlessly, forming a grand symphony that resounded over the island, spreading in all directions.
This scene was undoubtedly the work of Fan Dongqing’s superpower, "Vessel of Li Qing."
Wrapped in a blaze, the dragon boat collided with the gigantic tail hamr. The hamr was deflected, allowing the chanical Soul Bodhisattva to descend unhindered.
At the sa ti, the giant cha piloted by Garfield unfurled its light wings, descending from the sky. The cha’s left hand drew a colossal light saber from its waist, while the right hand gripped a cannon, crashing headlong into the gigantic Guli.
The light saber thrust out, its tip erupting with daylight-like brilliance, piercing through Guli’s arm in an instant, temporarily pinning it to the top of the hive.
Guli roared furiously, much like Jesus crucified on the cross. The entire hive shuddered violently, as if it might fall from the sky curtain at any mont.
"Leave the Second Bee Prince to and the narcissist," Garfield said expressionlessly from the cockpit, "Black Flash, Ice Woman, infiltrate the hive. The Four Bee Lords should be near the Queen Bee."
"White Hair, Rookie, don’t disappoint us," Fan Dongqing said calmly, standing on the dragon boat’s deck.
At this mont, the Second Bee Prince Guli was already restrained by Fan Dongqing and Garfield, while the Great Bee Lord Qiao had been struck into the island’s ground by the chanical Soul Bodhisattva. Thus, the hive entrance was left unguarded.
Now was the perfect opportunity to invade the hive. You Ruirui and Gu Qiye both understood this well.
You Ruirui lifted her hand, as her snow-white hair fluttered, the air suddenly solidified, and a path of ice connecting them to the hive entrance ford!
Gu Qiye held You Ruirui, landing on the suspended path, then lunged forward, transforming into a bolt of black lightning shooting towards the end of the passage, entering the hive’s interior.
He proceeded along the honey-gold corridor at the hive entrance, advancing straight ahead, then ascended through a staircase that seed to reach the heavens. Finally, he entered a vast, luxurious space.
It was an antique palace, with no chandelier overhead, replaced by a stream of glowing honey flowing on the ceiling, casting a golden light.
Though there was no throne inside the palace, at the very center stood a huge golden cocoon room. Inside the cocoon lay a giant bee. The giant bee was three ters long, its body a fusion of bee and female structure.
If no mistakes, this was the Queen Bee of the Light-Eating Bee.
Though for so reason, the Queen Bee was quietly curled within the cocoon, motionless.
Gu Qiye stopped and let You Ruirui down.
He frowned, mumbling, "That’s... the Queen Bee."
"Yes," You Ruirui replied expressionlessly, "The Queen Bee isn’t combat-capable; she’s not our concern."
Nearby the cocoon, there sat a seemingly ordinary oversized Light-Eating Bee, kneeling with its hands on its knees. Upon seeing You Ruirui and Gu Qiye, it couldn’t help but sigh lightly.
Gu Qiye looked up, and there in front of them stood the Fourth Bee Lord—Malvite.
Malvite raised his head, greeting the two, "Looks like Qiao and Guli didn’t stop you."
