[Black Cocoon: Okay, Miss Ke, I will help investigate the underground bars in Westminster District. Let’s keep each other updated as soon as we find any trace of the "Red Light."]

Black Cocoon just sent the ssage, and his right hand holding the phone suddenly paused.

At this mont, a faint rustling sound ca from the perspective in his mind. The hearing of the main body was restored, with vague sounds of water and snoring entering his ears.

Black Cocoon raised an eyebrow, thinking to himself, "Has the effect of the drug on the main body worn off? Although I still can’t open my eyes very wide, judging from the surrounding sounds, it seems to be on a ship sowhere..."

He raised his head, looking at the Thas River in London upside down.

At this mont, indeed a small cargo ship was cutting through the white waves, slowly drifting from a distance.

"It seems my main body should be on that ship. Looks like the Salvation Society is about to take action as well."

With this thought, Black Cocoon quickly synchronized his consciousness to his main body.

....

....

At the sa ti, inside the ship’s cabin in the distance.

Ji Minghuan slowly opened his eyes, greeted by an unfamiliar ceiling.

He touched beneath him, realizing he was lying on a soft bed.

After freezing for a mont, he slowly turned his head to look around. Through the cabin window, the sunlit Thas River shimred brightly. The cargo ship moved along the river, the cabin rocking like a cradle, the wooden floor creaking.

Retracting his gaze from outside, Ji Minghuan’s eyes settled on the interior of the cabin. Four more children from the Salvation Society were lying on the ground around him.

Of the four, only Mario was awake, while the others were still sound asleep on their beds.

Mario sat against the wall, silently fiddling with the PSP in his hands. The dark circles under his eyes were still heavy, indicating even sedatives couldn’t save his sleep.

"Where is this?" Ji Minghuan threw off the quilt and sat up.

"London."

"Were we sedated last night?"

"Seems so," Mario said.

Ji Minghuan instinctively touched the collar on his neck; the indicator light was still "blue," aning he was still in a state where his superpower hadn’t awakened.

He let out a sigh of relief and nudged the shoulder of Kong Youling next to him, "Comrade Penguin, ti to get up."

Kong Youling slowly opened her eyes, rubbed her white eyelashes, raised her head, and looked around, slightly startled.

Ji Minghuan lip-spoke to her silently, "We’ve arrived in London."

After saying this, he and Kong Youling both looked towards the cabin window, where the first light of dawn poured in through the Thas River into the dim cabin, illuminating their faces. Kong Youling stared wide-eyed at the sun on the horizon, hardly moving.

Their faces were bathed in the warm glow, like moles erging from the ground after a hundred years, finally seeing daylight again.

The white-haired girl spaced out for a long ti before finally turning her head to look at Ji Minghuan’s face. He had been watching her.

"It’s been a while since you basked in the sun, right?" Ji Minghuan silently asked as he patted her head.

"Yes."

She nodded vigorously, then picked up a notebook and a pencil from beside her pillow, writing for him to see:

"The sun is so beautiful."

Seeing this sentence, Ji Minghuan vigorously ssed up her hair and then said faintly, "You must be silly. Only you would think sothing as common as the sun is...." He suddenly paused, "Ah... why are you crying?"

Kong Youling was slightly startled, only then realizing tears were continuously squeezing out from her eyes, trailing down her pale cheeks.

"Alright... the sun is quite beautiful." Ji Minghuan shrugged, then looked up with her at the London sun, "But we have many chances to see more scenery in the future. Just the sun... don’t cry over it."

As he spoke, he found himself feeling red-eyed too, "Darn... losing face as a little darkened student, what’s wrong with these stupid eyes? Must be sand in them." Saying this, he rubbed his eyes hard, trying not to let the tears fall.

The two kids leaned their heads together, gazing across the 325-ter Millennium Bridge, the sun on the horizon blurring in their tears.

After a while, Ji Minghuan suddenly raised his hand, wiping the tear marks off Kong Youling’s face. He then turned around and cupped her face, making her pale cheeks round and chubby.

"Told you, no crying... we still need to visit many places in the future." He stared into her eyes, "Can’t just feel so great about rely basking in the sun that it brings tears, absolutely can’t."

Under the sunlight, the corners of Kong Youling’s mouth gently curved, revealing a smile at him, her tear-stained eyelids quivering like bird feathers.

"Sorry to interrupt you two, but we need to wake up the others. We’re not here just to enjoy the view," Mario paused, "We’re here to carry out the mission."

"Shut up."

"Oh." Mario didn’t care.

"Can’t you wake them up yourself? Don’t you have a mouth?" Ji Minghuan released Kong Youling’s cheeks, looking at Mario with an annoyed expression, "And you were the first one of us to wake up."

"I’m not familiar with them," Mario said expressionlessly, "If it wasn’t for the mission, I wouldn’t be staying with you all."

Mission... Kong Youling watched Mario’s lip movents, only then rembering they were here to carry out a mission. She held her chin in thought for a mont, then wrote in the notebook for Ji Minghuan to see:

"Mission, what should we do?"
