Utilizing logic based on behavior, CEO Cheng surmised — Wolf genuinely did not know about the Dracula Family being targeted!
The heir to the Dracula Family smiled, this ti his smile showing no emotion managent.
His mouth was wide open, but it emitted little sound.
Wolf hated this feeling, his disguise torn apart, the instinct to laugh suppressed by the habit of pretending.

Wolf really lost his composure, Cheng Daqi was too damn eerie.
This man had him bewildered, then suddenly turned hostile, and now he had gotten hold of sothing Wolf had hidden.
You see, before eting tonight, Wolf thought it was just going to be an ordinary negotiation.
Instead, he felt as though he had been played.
The problem was, so of the things Cheng Daqi ntioned were indeed unknown to him.
He wanted to get to the bottom of it, but he didn’t want to ask his own father directly, which is why he was performing this two-person act with Cheng Daqi here.

Wolf shed his hypocritical mask, but CEO Cheng still wouldn’t reveal his hand.
“You said the Dracula Family is being watched, are you joking about that?”
Wolf Dracula asked, he was truly anxious.
He made the decision to detain CEO Cheng when he turned to leave because he realized that what CEO Cheng was saying might be true, and that was the only thing he cared about — the Dracula Family being targeted.

CEO Cheng seed to find sothing amusing and laughed heartily.
Wolf’s expression changed instantly, and he was caught off guard again!

Hearing CEO Cheng’s words, Wolf broke down again.

Noticing Wolf’s expression, CEO Cheng understood his anger and explained.

I really admire your hypocrisy, although very fake, you indeed commit to it.

CEO Cheng saw through the reason Wolf wanted to hold him back!
This pitiable capitalist family seed to have no affection at all; as a son, Wolf had issues but didn’t want to ask his father, preferring to inquire from an outsider.
It might seem strange, but when you consider the vast wealth controlled by the Dracula Family, it all becos reasonable again.
“Chan, what kind of joke is this, haha.” Wolf laughed dryly in response, apparently realizing how weak his answer was, and after a couple of chuckles, he fell silent again.
“Well, that’s it for now, Mr.
Wolf, Eli is truly a decent person.
If you need a reliable hand, consider him.”
With Wolf’s habitual hypocrisy, CEO Cheng chose to stand up, preparing to leave once more.
He really intended to go.
The Dracula Family was powerful, but CEO Cheng did not want to step into this vortex of father-son issues.
“Chan, I want to know who’s targeting the Dracula Family, can you tell ?” His real concern was still this.
Again and again, beating around the bush, he finally lowered his proud head.
