In the afternoon, the two of them strolled around Central Street again. Cen Jin took the opportunity to buy a few outfits. Co to think of it, she hadn’t gone shopping for clothes since sumr. Previously, when accompanying Lu Shishu on shopping trips, it was always to shop for her, never for herself. Passing a shoe store, she also chose two pairs of single shoes suitable for this season, all paid for by Jiang Baizhou.

Cen Jin originally intended to pay for them herself, but Jiang Baizhou insisted. He very righteously said that as it was the first ti buying clothes and shoes for his wife, it was only right for him to pay. Unable to argue, Cen Jin had no choice but to comply.

She just felt that when he said she should support him, it was just a gimmick. This guy increasingly made teasing her a pasti when he was bored. However, Cen Jin knew he was joking, but when she found out he had debts from buying a house, she couldn’t help but take it seriously, wanting to share the burden with him.

Around 5:30, Jiang Baizhou received a call from Miss Yu Hui, who said they had gotten off the plane. Initially, Jiang Baizhou proposed to pick them up, but Miss Yu Hui refused, saying she and Jiang Yuyang would take a taxi back directly, and once they had put their luggage at ho and changed clothes, they would go to the restaurant they had reserved.

Dusk fell, and a silver crescent moon hung high on the cyan curtain, with a slightly chilly night breeze gently blowing.

As the ti approached for their reservation at the restaurant, Jiang Baizhou drove to ’Ti Inn’ to pick up Ms. Qin and then head to the Yixiang Pavilion together.

After parking, Jiang Yuyang and Miss Yu Hui also arrived by car. After exchanging smiles and pleasantries, they all entered the restaurant together, led by a server, and took the elevator to a private room on the third floor.

Since Cen Jin had already ordered the dishes when booking the room, once they were seated, she smiled at the server and said, "You can start serving the dishes now, thank you."

"Sure, please wait a mont." The server nodded slightly and left the room.

"Cen Jin! Didn’t you say there was sothing you wanted to announce when you invited us out for a al today? What’s so important that you had to book Yixiang Pavilion? I heard from Xuesu that you reserved this place as early as last week." Miss Yu Hui took a sip of water and laughed, looking puzzled at Cen Jin sitting opposite her.

"Yes, I heard it’s quite difficult to get a reservation here at Yixiang Pavilion." Jiang Yuyang sipped his tea and nodded in agreent.

However, Cen Jin and Jiang Baizhou exchanged a glance and smiled, while Ms. Qin, feeling a bit impatient, patted her arm, "Co on, everyone’s here, why are you keeping us in suspense? Are you looking for a beating? Hurry up and tell, what’s the announcent?"

"Oh, mom, don’t be so anxious, I’m going to tell you. I’ll say it once all the dishes are served!" Cen Jin pouted in frustration, rubbing her arm where she had been lightly hit.

Just then, as soon as she finished speaking, the server knocked on the door of the private room and apologized before entering. "Sorry for the interruption, the dishes have arrived." With that, the server gestured to those behind, who carried the dishes in, placing them on the large round table one by one.

After the servers had all left, Cen Jin and Jiang Baizhou exchanged a knowing glance, then stood up together. Cen Jin also took two red booklets out of her bag, and holding Jiang Baizhou’s hand, took a deep breath: "Um... Mom, Aunt Hui Zi, Uncle Jiang, the announcent I want to make is... Jiang Baizhou and I have registered our marriage."
